OlderBrad Pitt Cut The Umbilical Cord!
The mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, center, holds the birth certificates of one of Angelina Jolie’s twins, Knox Leon Jolie-Pitt, as he and Dr. Michel Sussmann, Angie’s obstetrician, left, pose for the media, at the Lenval Hospital in Nice, southern France on Sunday. Knox was born at 6:27 pm and Vivienne Marcheline came within a minute of that time.
Outside the hospital, Sussmann shared how smoothly the delivery of Knox and Vivienne went:
On Brad and Angie during the labor and delivery: “[They] were talking, they were together. It was an epidural, so [Angelina] was awake and speaking and laughing. They were happy.”
On Brad never leaving Angie’s side: “He was my assistant! [He even cut the babies' umbilical cords!] He was … perfectly calm, totally determined, very pleased to be at the birth of his children, very moved and very emotional.”
On when Angie and the babies will leave the hospital: “I don’t know. She will stay for a few days. You know, in Europe it isn’t like in the United States, where the patients go home after three days. They will stay a bit longer until everything is okay.”
On the delivery in general: “Absolutely no problems. The babies are fine. The babies are with the mother and father and they are fine.”

I think they will eventually adopt another African baby before their family is complete and stop at seven. JMHO of course.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie need to get a freakin life!!! all their charity work is for publicity and they adopt kids for publicity

Have a charitable heart and do us a favor and get lost! IF it is for publicity then what wonderful publicity it is!!!! Hungry kids get some cash donated to them and the couple gets publicity in return: so what. Sounds like a good deal to me. Why don’t you sign up on a charity website and donate some cash instead of spewing hate you hypocrite!
hope they are as beautiful as Shiloh and the other kids. I know they will be!

Angie & Brad are in celebratory mode with family /friends or 2 soft pillows.*zzzzz… I love my life *my new babies *my man *my children. Angie talks in her sleep.
It must have been quite hard for Brad, cutting the umbilical cord in C-section means that he had to be on ‘the other side’ of the wall, which they usually put it in front of the mother so she doesn’t have to see the bloody mess. My hubby stayed on my side both times (I had two cesarean too) but did not do the cords. It means that Brad wasn’t phased by the sight of blood :) Way to go!!

We will have to forgive the Mayor probably been a long time since Nice was in the news. lol The haters will blame Angie and Brad for everything anyway. Was this on television? Angie and Brad seem to have that effect on folks. In the picture the man is smiling like he had them :) Well back to the party we sing Happy Birthday at 6 pm. I am in better spirits than usual; and usually that is pretty good, today I can understand his excitement. I wish I was in France :) Jared thanks for the threads, you are rocking this site. I would also agree that this is a tad too much :) but who isn’t carried away today including the haters. Their eyes are red seeking out every baby news today, staying online all day along with the fans LOL!!
Mayer’s job is also to promote the town as a tourist attractions, get the town in a positive press, so I guess it comes natural that Nice’s mayor took the full advantage of the Jolie-Pitts. They might have made the deal that instead of Brad running around in the Riviera traffic (it’s horrible!) and leaving the bedside of his most loved Angelina and the new babies, the Mayor would carry the birth certificate—IN TERN they agreed that the Mayor would be allowed to show it to the press. It’s give and take…
