Jon Voight: I’m Happy For Angelina Jolie’s Twins
Angelina Jolie’s actor father, Jon Voight, has been busy shooting the upcoming season of the hit FOX drama, 24.
But The Insider caught up with the 69-year-old actor on his film break to ask about his two new grandchildren, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline.
Voight said, “I am deeply happy. I’m over the moon. It’s magnificent. In this world, all we can hope for is that mommy and the kids are healthy. I’m very excited and thanks for letting me send my love to them. If I were called today, I’d be there.”

“the cruelest fans in the world”

Don’t tell me you haven’t read the Jenfans’ posts on Female First, DListed, and PerezHilton’s blogs. Those are the “cruelest”, trust me. They spew lies and death wishes. But if you think lies and death wishes towards celebrities are fine, while kicking the haters arses, and throwing thruth to their face is “cruel”, then I have nothing to argue with you.
Good Grief! Fans are pitting ( no pun intended) Brad against Angelina. Do you think Angelina would appreciate that , especially if you are claiming to be a fan of hers. What’s the point? To prove who is a better humanitarian? To prove she is better than he is? She was on first, he’s on second, what’s on third? What’s the point?
You know why Brad and Angelina seem to fit? Because they both wanted the same things in life. But each of them had their own way of accomplishing them. Who cares who got there first. The point is he’s ON BASE. He might have gained access to some people because Angelina was already there, but that doesn’t diminish what he has done. He would be able to stand on his own even if Angelina was not there. That’s not to make little of her part in Brad realizing his vision, but Angelina did not MAKE Brad’s vision.Once given whatever access she provided to people, he still had to perform. He’s done that admirably.
None of us know what that access might have been. Their goals are similar in tone, but they are very different. Brad developed his own vision and Angelina hers. This elevating one about the other is pointless. I don’t know how anyone can separate them in this matter in terms of being a fan. Logically something should tell you if you say things about Brad that are uncomplimentary, misleading or out and out lies, Angelina wouldn’t like it and vice -versa. Maybe some people need to re-think their definition of being a Fan when a couple is involved like this one. Peace.
I wish they had the twins in Namibia, instead of Europe or the US.. They got much more privacy there.
LUV ANGIE, Angie doesn’t love you. Angie loves Brad. She won’t leave him. I am a Angie fan too. I am very happy for her because Brad is a great man. He is very beautiful inside and out. I know it is very hard for you to accept. This is reality. Angie LOVES Brad.

I don’t think Angelina is horrible or anything. But I can understand why people would feel bad for Jon and Jen and detest her. She does things that are insulting to people. And frankly I believe that some of her fans are the cruelest fans in the world. They are crazed and obsessed.

Excuse you? What has Angelina done that insulted anyone? Fall in love with Brad Pitt? If Aniston had been a better wife she’d still be married to Brad Pitt. That marriage was essentially dead before Brad ever met Angelina. So what are you going on about?
About her fans being the “cruelest in the world” — you’ve got an incredible nerve, lady. Aniston’s fans have called Angelina a slút, a whóre, a psycho, etc. etc. etc., for what? Because Brad fell out of love with Aniston and in love with Angelina? You think Aniston is the first woman on the planet whose marriage collapsed? Okay, I can see where Aniston’s fans would hate Angelina because Brad loves Angelina and doesn’t love Aniston any more. BUT WHY ATTACK THEIR CHILDREN? Why insult them in the crudest racial terms, call their oldest child “Maggot” and wish death on innocent children? What kind of despicable creeps do something like this?

Yeah but they always still support each other’s work. Like AJ is always there to support Brad with his New Orleans stuff, an Brad with AJ’s various humanitarian trips.
Angelina and her father on speaking terms.. She is not someone who can harbour bad feelings for someone so close for a long time ( Unlike someone who hates her own mother)
If he does get to see the kids i really hope he learns some important facts, like the kids names and things the like. Am not attacking just stating a fact.

Duhhh as if you have a perfect life when you were young. That is why Angelina is admire world wide becoz from her dark past she was able to evolve and grow into the best she is today. That;s why Brad dumped your idol she she never grows she’s still living in the past.. tanning, smoking, same hair for the past 20 years, forever wants to be a 20 something duhhh ***** will be 40 next year… just hope JM married her so her fans like you stop hating on the Joli-Pitts. Just hope that when JM dumped her you’re not be blaming Brad for it.
