Here are some more details about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s fraternal twins.
Angie, 33, gave birth to a boy, Knox Leon, and a girl, Vivienne Marcheline, by Cesarean section on Saturday night at the Santa Maria clinic of the Lenval Foundation in Nice, France. Knox weighed 5.03 lbs, and Vivienne 5 lbs.
Angie’s obstetrician Dr. Michael Sussmann told People, “The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly. Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well. The mother and father are very, very happy.”

What a beautiful set of names for Brad and Angie’s three boys and three girls! As reported earlier, Brad and Angie’s attorneys already scooped up domain names for the twins.
And last we heard, the bidding for the Knox and Vivienne baby pics was at $15+ million.

I always thought that once Angelina had a bio boy of her own she would forget about maddox and Pak. This boy will be her favorite because he’s the baby and boys are always the mothers favorite especially when the baby boy is the bb of the family. poor maddox, he went from just angie to a dad and 5 siblings too fast and now with a lil bro who is the bio kid … he’s sooo last years news.

Given the false alarm that happened weeks ago, when someone told “Entertainment Tonight” that Brangelina’s twins were born, it’s no wonder everyone was skeptical about the announcement that the new Pitt-Jolies made their big debut Saturday night. But this time, we have confirmation from Dr. Michel Sussmann, who told The Associated Press that he delivered a boy and a girl via C-section at around 8 p.m. (France time) at La Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France.
The boy, Knox Leon, weighed just over 5 pounds, and the girl, Vivienne Marcheline, weighed 5 pounds. The actress, her twins and Brad Pitt “are doing marvelously well,” Sussman told AP.
Earlier on Saturday, In Touch reported that she’d had her two girls at 6:45 and 7 p.m., according to “sources” at the hospital. Oops.
Of course, the world’s hunger for photos of the couple’s fifth and sixth children will soon be sated: French newspaper Nice Matin reported Sunday that they’ve already sold the rights to Knox and Vivienne’s first photos to an unnamed U.S. publication. Proceeds will go to charity.
In the meantime, congrats at last to Angie, Brad, Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh!

Maddox the big brother couldn’t be happier,cool as always.He didin’t have any family before being adopted,now he has brothers and sisters.MADDOX IS BLESSED.

I can’t wait for them to adopt someone for Z. Angie said they would adopt someone for her. I’m sure they will be asked if the twins are the last of the joliepitts? And when she says no, that they will adopt a child of African origin for Z watch the haters go bonkers again.

Jubilee, everyone at this site spew Aniston hatred on a daily basis. It is as if you all see it as impossible to like both Angie and Jen (which I do). The break up happened almost 4 years ago, it is time just LET IT GO.
