OlderBrad Pitt: “I’m The Happiest Father Ever”
After the birth of his beautiful baby twins, Brad Pitt met with the mayor of Nice and kept repeating to him, “I’m the happiest father ever.”
Mayor Christian Estrosi, who visited Brad and Angelina Jolie in their hospital room, told the local newspaper Nice-Matin, “[Brad] told me we chose one of the best hospitals in the world, one of the best doctors, one of the best medical teams. And also the most beautiful bay in the world.”
The twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, were born Saturday at the Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France. According to Nice-Matin, the babies spent Saturday night in Angie’s room and she took care of them by herself.
Angie’s obstetrician, Dr. Michel Sussmann, updated People about Angie’s recovery and her newborns: “They are all very well, very well. Everything is okay.”

It was not a press conference that mentioned the 11 million. It was the Nice paper who said it. The Nice paper could be wrong. If it is not people maybe it will be something in New Oreleons who gets it. I thought the European guy was acting a bit coy in his denials. Who knows.

The photos of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s new kids, Knox and Vivienne, will not be sold with a price tag as high as $20 million, as some outlets are reporting. Sure, “in the celebrity world, it seems to be the double-second coming,” as Darryn Lyons, owner of paparazzi agency Big Pictures, tells it. But the fee that either People or OK! hands over, while enormous, will not even come close to the figures being reported.
Most of the rumor mongering about photo pricing begins with the agencies themselves, whose business interests are served by inflating the sale price with leaked gossip. The tabloids, meanwhile, aren’t entirely innocent in this charade; by complicity going along with, or ignoring, the stories about how much they’re forking over, they benefit from endless free publicity and a brand building exercise that attaches “industry authority” mentality to their magazines.
As celebrity weekly editors who have done this sort of transaction a time or two in the past tell us, the final sale price would “very likely” be in the “nine digits,” meaning $8 or 9 million, not the $15, $22, or — as this story grows into an unstoppable beast — the $50 million figure that someone will inevitably attach to this.
Maybe Brad and Angelina want to wait a couple of months before doing any photos.

For those who wonder, those of us who find them self obsessed flakes post just to remind you guys that there is a real world out there and the BAMPZS+ new purchases could not care if you live, die, say OMG JJ UR spoiling us with these great pix or just say meh, so what? Which is better than adulation or hate I think.
Tarantino jets to France to meet Pitt
Moviemaker Quentin Tarantino is reportedly flying to France on Monday to persuade Brad Pitt to star in his new movie.
Pitt is currently in France after partner Angelina Jolie gave birth to their twins, Vivienne and Knox, on Saturday.
And Tarantino has arranged a meeting with the star in a bid to persuade him to star in his forthcoming World War II movie, Inglorious ********, according to New York gossip column, PageSix.
The film begins shooting in September.
Yes, Joe. It’s great when a woman doesn’t use a nanny. But I assure you Ms. Jolie is getting plenty of help from nurses in that hospital, as did your Aunt if she had her babies in the hospital. That’s the way it goes.
And if you think Ms. Jolie never uses a nanny, who exactly do you think Shiloh is with all the millions of times Jolie and Brad have been out with all the other kids minus Shiloh? Her fairy godmother? ;P
We decided Saturday morning to advance the date of the childbirth of ten days for reasons of comfort for the mom, confirmed Doctor Sussmann yesterday. And finally, it was the good choice. The babies are splendid.
Mr. Pitt exploded of joy by shouting “marvellous, wonderfull” when I put them to him in the arms.
I’m so proud of this family…especially Angie; she is so incredibly amazing…taking care of the babies by herself right after having them

Was out of town with family since Friday, so did not have much access to television and the internet except through my blackberry (but kinda hard to read and post on that little screen) so I missed so much!!! But still, am so happy for the JPs. It is good to read that Brad was so happy and so hands-on at his twins’ birth — he really is realizing all his dreams made possible by such a complete package of a woman.
