Exactly my thoughts. Those celebrity news shows were all the rage at one time, but I can’t see what the fuss is about now. With the internet any news that they have is OLD news. Not everyone has computer access so they’re probably still be around for a while giving out dated and misleading news.

Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt’s Last Minute Baby Name Change

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s new son Knox Leon reportedly came extremely close to being named Rex.

The latest additions to the Brangelina brood - Knox and twin sister Vivienne Marcheline – arrived on Saturday.

And it’s claimed that Knox was very nearly Rex.

According to the New York Daily News, the expectant couple ordered an embroidered play mat for ‘Rex Leon Jolie Pitt’ shortly before the birth.

Knox was the middle name of Pitt’s grandfather, and also ends in the letter X which is in keeping with older brothers Maddox and Pax.

Vivienne derives from the French version of the ancient Latin name which means alive.

As for the middle names, Leon is the monkier of Jolie’s great-great grandfather’s, and Marcheline is a tribute to her mother, the actress Marcheline Bertrand who died of cancer last year.

The Chase Is On: Angelina Jolie Leaving Hospital Today

Angelina Jolie is today expected to leave the hospital in Nice, France — where she gave birth to twins Knox and Vivienne — via helicopter. The same way she arrived.

Enterprising photographers have already chartered their own choppers to snap shots of her mid-flight, while legally responsible photographers will understand France’s privacy laws might get them in trouble for that sort of thing.

There’s also the possibility Jolie has already left the hospital, or is leaving another day, and will send look-a-like assistant Holly Goline aboard a helicopter to throw off the press. We quite like believing in these conspiracy theories.

WANTED Video Game Coming

Today from ReelComix comes word that WANTED the video game is in the works. They have a quote from Universal stating;

“Wanted is a film with a fantastic visual style, an in-your-face attitude and edge-of-your-seat action sequences, and moviegoers around the world have resoundingly embraced it,” said Bill Kispert, Vice President and General Manager, Interactive, Universal Pictures Digital Platforms Group. “From the time we read the script and saw the film’s pre-visual material, it was clear that Wanted was a powerful property – one that was well poised to deliver an engaging gaming experience. We look forward to working closely with the film’s creative team to extend Wanted’s mythology and to expand the story behind the Fraternity of Assassins.”

Sounds like it could be a fun game if done right. 25-year-old Wes (James McAvoy) was the most disaffected, cube-dwelling drone the planet had ever known. His boss chewed him out hourly, his girlfriend ignored him routinely and his life plodded on interminably. Everyone was certain this disengaged slacker would amount to nothing. There was little else for Wes to do but wile away the days and die in his slow, clock-punching rut.

Until he met a woman named Fox (Angelina Jolie). After his estranged father is murdered, the deadly sexy Fox recruits Wes into the Fraternity, a secret society that trains Wes to avenge his dad’s death by unlocking his dormant powers. Reports say TDK is on pace to past Iron Man and be the HIGHEST grossing film of the year. Its already broke Imax records. Most of the tickets for this weekend showing are SOLD OUT. Everyone should go out and get their tickets either day or tomorrow.
