Miley Cyrus Sings the Blues

Miley Cyrus breaks out a blue outfit as she films alongside Vanessa Williams on the set of Hannah Montana on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills on Monday.

The 15-year-old actress is set to host Teen Choice 2008 on August 4th on Fox. Zac Efron, Chris Brown, Selena Gomez, Danica Patrick, Chace Crawford and Hayden Panettiere are among the many set to appear on the broadcast.

Pop icon, Mariah Carey will be performing on the awards show.

Miley needs a good spanking!! As a mom of three daughters, I’d paddle her! Even 15 year-olds need to be panty-spanked over the knee. My daughters are 9, 11, and 14 and I STILL spank them when they mishave and they least expect it.
