Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty cuddles with a topless Sienna Miller while vacationing together in Positano, Italy on Friday.
The lovebirds spent hours snuggling up to one another in their hotel bedroom, enjoying the balcony view every once in awhile.
“Sienna was literally beaming. She seemed completely at ease, very relaxed and very happy,” an onlooker said. “Balthazar had his arm around her most of the time, and they didn’t leave each other alone throughout the trip.”
Balthazar has been married to Rosetta Millington for eight years and they have four children together: Cassius, 8, Grace, 7, Violet, 4, and June, 9 months. Sienna was last romantically involved with Welsh actor Rhys Ifans.

I am totally shocked by how judgmental and angry people’s comments are. We don’t know the full situation, and even if we did its not our business. Its their lives, they’re adults they can do what they like as far as I’m concerned. HE took the wedding vows, just a reminder to all the people calling her a home wrecker. If he loved his wife, and respected their wedding vows he wouldn’t be with Sienna. I read somewhere that he is estranged from his wife anyway, they could have been apart for ages - glad you’re all so perfect!
So so shoddy. They are players and so knew they would be photographed. It’s really cruel to his poor wife and little children. I would hate to be either of them trying to sleep at night!
Hopefully one day she’ll be nursing her baby, while her husband will be nursing on someone else other than her. There is nothing like wearing someones else shoes. That saying of “what goes around comes around,” is especially meant for girls (not women) like Sienna. Won’t even bother with the catch she thinks she’s got. They deserve each other. His wife can walk down the street with something that is alien to them both.

Wow. I have been a Balthazar Getty fan since I saw LOTF in the theater when I was 16. I am shocked and saddened that he has chosen to take up with this ****** Hollywood tart, when he has a wife and 4 kids at home. This is sad and very much low-class for him to shame his wife, kids and the Getty family.
I feel bad for his wife and kids, especially considering that he has such a young baby at home… wow.
The January 2007 issue of W magazine features Sienna on the cover, and the Getty’s wealth highlighted in the issue. Do you think she orchestrated this union and flaunting herself for the photographers to capture on film? Do you think. Of course, Getty is equally screwed up, and in the end they found their match. Let’s hope they only screw each other up, and not his innocent children. May they live together for ever after. Although, I doubt Sienna could live without the attention and drama focused on her.
