Wentworth Miller arrives at the FOX All-Star Party held at Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier on Monday in Santa Monica, Calif.
The Prison Break star arrived in a BMW Hydrogen 7 vehicle at the Fox Network’s Television Critics Association party.
“It’s the A-Team 2008!” Wentworth said with a laugh when asked to describe the new season. “We are seven guys with very different agendas who are forced to work together,” he told E!
The 36-year-old actor also talked about the return of Sarah Wayne Callies. “It was a happy day when Sarah returned. There are a lot of chefs and so to say that one person made the decision would be erroneous. And I have to say that Sarah has handled herself with grace, and dignity through the whole process and ultimately what happened is that we are doing right by the fans and bringing her back.”
Executive producer Matt Olmstead told E! that he and coexec producer Zack Estrin are right in the middle of rewriting the Prison Break spinoff. “We are finishing the script; then we’ll cast it, and then we’ll hopefully shoot it and get it on the air.”

M: Usually, I wear causal and comfortable clothes. It feels more relaxing. On some special occasions, a nice delicate suit will be the best choice.
Q: Mr. Mitch is the photographer for PB. You two have worked together many times. What’s the difference working with him this time?
M: I know Mr. Mitch through shooting PB. I think Mr. Mitch is a very talented and charming photographer. I am very happy that Me&CITY invites him to photo the 08 autumn collection. This is our first time to shoot photos for a clothing brand together. We hope we can bring you more visional aesthetic.
Q: Do you like China? What aspects of her are you specially interested in?
M: I like China very much. I am interested in China and her long history. When China is mentioned, I first will think of Chinese Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and of course, the Chinese food. But I heard that the Chinese food in the States is quite different from the one in China. If I have time, I will visit China to know and feel Chinese long and historical culture and taste her unique cuisine.
Q: What do you like to do except working?
M: I like reading and staying with my family; like going to Starbucks in T-shirt and shorts; like being a couch potato in home; can finish a whole pack of Oreo in 20 minutes; like spending the whole weekend on Law and Order and The Simpsons; playing scrabbles; eating with friends; and watching movies. Like all hodgepodges, facts and rumors are mixed together. I found some of them are quite amusing:
1. They still described the Pretty has a pair of two-different-color eyes. One is hazel green and the other is brown.
2. They talked about how his name came from. They are right about Wentworth is the last name of Captain Wentworth in Persuasion. The funny part is that they directly translated Captain as the first name, not the title. So Frederick Wentworth becomes Captain Wentworth. Sorry about their English.
3. They mentioned about the “comic gate” in Went’s college life. In my opinion, they didn’t quite explain the whole thing clearly. The more they explain it, the more confusion it may cause. Don’t get me wrong. The paper is using this event to show the positive character of Wentworth. I can only say that they are not good English readers and also not good Chines

His graduation from Princeton was soon followed by a career as TV-superstar; Wentworth Miller, leading actor in the prison show “Prison Break” is the first newcomer older than 30 years to become a sexsymbol straight away. Although he is mainly interested in Dracula.

Did you ever get involved with the law?
Two times, because I was driving above the limit. But that’s basically it.
In “Prison Break” you play Michael Scofield, who gets himself into prison to help his brother. You are being tortured, beat and abused. In real life you are rather on the sunny side of life. Can you put yourself into the mind of a prisoner?
We shot the first season in a prison, many extras were prisoners. You overhear some terrifying stories. Moreover, before I got the role for “Prison Break” I went to fivehundred auditions, for ten years. Fivehundred! During that time I srcatched a living with temporary jobs, so you can hardly speak of a sunny side here. Actually my parents always wanted me to become a doctor. Today our neighbors’ sons are doctors. I can play a doctor on TV if I wanted to – and they’ll watch me. Not bad either, isn’t it?
But you planned everything in detail – you knew what you wanted to do when you moved to LA?
Pretty much in detail – but in a different way than my character in the show. Michael Scofield has a tattoo on his body, a plan which will show him the next steps for his break-out. Maybe you can go into a high-security tract in prison that way prepared. But not to LA.
So you got the role as a complete newbie?
No. To have success as an actor you need the soul of an artist – but the pulsation of a bureaucrat. It is honorable to be creative and talented. But it’s of no use if at the end of the day you don’t send out your papers, photos and vitas to agencies to get some work. To have to get your creative possibilities known, you need to have strong-willed discipline.
What’s going to happen in the fourth season of “Prison Break”?
You haven’t even seen the third yet! I definitely won’t tell you!
That’s a shame! Rumours have it, that your big love, Dr. Tancredi, will be revived?
It’s interesting that there even is a fourth season! When we started they used to say: a show with so many layers of plots is too complex. And the mortality rate is quite high – every other episode a leading character is being shot. How long can you keep a show like that alive?
They gave us two seasons at the most. But in the meantime we’ve learned: worldwide people are interested in complicated strands of plots; everywhere people want to see the cameras not only sticking to the protagonists. In the end, Prison Break is not a show, which only differs from episode to episode in the way a body was murdered.
According to rumours, you are very skeptical with taking new film roles. Don’t you fear to be ever nailed to the role of Michael Scofield?
No, not at all. Scofield is a person with many layers, so I am predestined for good as well as for evil. He is a good person, but his hands are bloodstained. To help his brother he even kills. How far can one man go, until you cannot call him “good” anymore? These are the kind of questions Prison Break is dealing with. And because we do that, because we show that TV can create intelligence, we have so many fans.
Maybe you also have a small part in that. Your popularity is supposed to have been one reason why Fox took Prison Break into a third season.
I don’t know if I am a good catch. But I don’t have the time to care about that. We shoot up to fourteen hours a day, five days a week. There’s no time left for social contacts.
Is stardom a prison?
Now and then I liked to go to a “Chili’s”-restaurant for a margarita and chicken fajitas. I can’t do this at the moment, and that worldwide; my female fans are not only omni-present, they are also very self-assured. They contact me very quickly and they communicate their wishes very detailed. I find self-assured women attractive, but a start of a relationship I imagine differently. Well, it’s not going to be forever like this.
Is there any stuff that would especially excite you after Prison Break?
Dracula. This story is about someone who drags himself throughout time looking for love. He is lonely, ugly, an outsider. Until the blonde hero comes and perforates his heart with a block of wood. Dracula only longed to be understood, he longed for a relation, for someone who catched him if he fell. Isn’t that painful?

Yes, she’s Went’s mom, Mrs ex-Miller, nee Joy Marie Palm. She’s a teacher and she looks very young for her age, like her son.
I don’t believe he had a boyfriend at the photoshoot, it must be a wrong assumption.
According to aama @ IMDB, regarding the pic of Went’s supposed mother:
“I was told by someone inside, this woman’s name is Susan Tapefield. She’s the translator.”
Soryy about quarelling, but the lady is NOT translator. She’s Mrs Palm. On shooting set, people speak English, most of them and no need of translator. The crew is international and bi-lingual Chinese/English.
I hope we rest this matter, I’m not going talking about this now.

it’ s great to read that Wentworth Miller ’s project still alive. The Bram Stoker’ s story seen by Wentworth’ s eyes, mind and heart … written again and play by himself. I’ am looking to see it. Dracula is one of the strongest story.

I don’t believe the lady on the picture is a “translator”.
Why would a white woman be used as a translator in California where bi-lingual people of Chinese origin are two a penny?
Also why was there any need of a translator with a Chinese crew who certainly speaks English? They are not illiterate peasants from the countryside but savvy employees from City, a big urban firm… And the need to translate Went’s few words of thanks and his wishes to visit China?

The lady on the picture shouldn’t have been seen, it’s by mistake she appears on the photo… If she had been a “translator” she would be on the video! But she wasn’t filmed. Draw your own conclusions: the “translator” claim is just a smokescreen . Went’s mother shouldn’t have been photographed. The best plan is to erase that picture.
The woman looks like Wentworth. I don’t think it is a coincidence, either. We saw a picture of Went’s sister last spring at a family reunion and she looks very much like the woman on the picture.

Nobody paid attention to people who accompany wentworth miller and suddenly a blogger on imdb says (without any source) that the woman is the mother of wentworth. And this woman becomes (magically) a beautiful woman, she looks like wentworth miller (the photos are blurred) .
No artcile that accompanies the photos, nothing to support claims.
