David Beckham is a Madeo Man
David Beckham drives two of his sons home after dinner at Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles on Tuesday, around 11PM PST. Brooklyn, 9, sat shotgun while Cruz, 3, took a nap in the backseat.
The 33-year-old soccer star just blogged about his family being completely settled in L.A. Here’s what he had to say: “It seems like only a few weeks ago I arrived in Los Angeles with my family ready for the next chapter in our lives. A year later and we feel so settled here, everyone loves California and everyone has made us feel so welcome. I can’t imagine being anywhere else in the world right now. Of course, I’m enjoying playing my soccer too.”

Where’s Victoria? I don’t see her in the back seat as you said!
I don’t undestand the appeal of David… He looks 43, not 33 - snaggle teeth and Mickey Mouse voice. I don’t think he’s that hot and his kids are FUGGED up looking b/c they got her pig nose and ugly eyes.
But, I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder… I just don’t get it?

This family is no where near Jolie-Pitt status… The Beckhams’ are a packaged “brand”- there is NOTHING REMOTELY endearing about them… they are a greedy, selfish, shallow, narcissistic, absentee parents,vain, vile couple who sell themselves out CONSTANTLY to remain “a-List” and in the “public eye”- they NEVER put their children’s interests first- only their OWN selfish ones… Think of any A-list “celebrity” (A. Jolie/B.Pitt, J. Depp/V. Pardis, D. Moore/B.Willis/ R. Williams, J. Roberts, CZJ/M. Douglas etc…) who have ALL MOVED AWAY from hollyweird because they are putting their children’s interests FIRST, and what do the narcissistic Beckhams’ do- they move right on in and say how happy they are living in LA and what a wonderful environment it is for the children… are they dense or are they just plain STUPID?… LA/Hollywood is a death-trap for celebrity kids- just look at P. HIlton, N. Richie and all the rest… good environment- ya, ok.
whereas:
The Jolie-Pitts’ are hands on with their kids, giving of heart and soul towards their family as well as towards the world at large… they are selfless, giving, humble, loving individuals who have created a loving and giving family unit.
The Jolie-Pitt kids will grow up with a good sense of self that extends out in a giving way towards the world, since that is the example their parents’ have lead by… whereas The Beckham kids will undoubtedly grow up to be what they have proven themselves to be so far- snobby, bratty rich kids/adults who feel that the rules such as they are do not apply to them- since that is the example by which their greed-filled, selfish parents’ have led them by~!
They are so NOT any where NEAR Jolie-Pitt status…
Romeo was sitting behind the passenger’s seat and Victoria was sitting behind the driver’s seat.

The Beckham’s have to live in LA cause David plays soccer for the Los Angeles Galaxy. Believe me, they love their kids and always put them first. All 3 of the boys are really polite and sweet. They may be a little spoiled, but 90% of kids are. David once got emotional and shed tears because Brooklyn had a hattrick in a soccer game and he was really proud of him. The #1 thing in David and Victoria’s life is their 3 boys. They’ll probably grow up and have more sense of self than the Jolie-Pitt kids or the same.
Not trying to start an argument with you, so please don’t take it that way… you obviously have your opinion of them and I have mine, and as stubborn and opinionated as I am, my opinion of them is not going to be changing… I never said that I believed that they do not love their children- I may not like them per se, but I can attest to that… their kind of “love” where you give the child anything and everything is not helpful to said child in forming a positive self-esteem or self-awareness, they are “creating” spoiled-bratty-rich kids” who will live in a cocoon (not as if they already do now) like existence where their sense of self-importance and entitlement will be off the charts- Not very endearing qualities.
The Jolie-Pitts on the other hand, and Angelina Jolie has already attested to this when it was just her and Maddox- wherever they are in the world, their children have certain items but not everywhere- for instance, Maddox would have his video game stuff when they traveled to say France, but when they traveled to Africa he would play with whatever the local kids played with, same as it is when they travel to Cambodia, etc… to me that is admirable- they are 2 of the wealthiest ppl. around and can obviously afford to give their kids everything, but they don’t- they don’t because they are concious of the fact that they want to instill deeper values/goals into their children not necessarily the pursuit of materialistic things but the innate qualities that have to be guided and nurtured and can take a child who grows into an adult far… things like: kindness,graciousness, selflesseness, humility, morality, acceptance, etc… that will without a doubt carry the Jolie-Pitt kids further in this world of ours than the Beckham- kids who have been spoiled, given everything they want, and taught that since they are a “Beckham” that means that they are entitled and given an-almost royal like status within their family/world- not the kind of value system that will take anyone very far…

I can see he’s been taking “lessons” from Svengali-Cruise by wearing shades at night. I don’t care how big of a celebrity one thinks they are- that is just so not cool! Idiot!

i love the beckhams.they grow up in a good manner. they are so adorable. they love each other and the beckhams boys always have their cute smile on their faces. the beckhams are better than everything else all over the world

It seems like you are just overly-obsessed with the Jolie-Pitt’s. Ant the Beckham boys don’t get ANYTHING they want, but they do get a lot. David and Victoria just want to give their kids the privelages they never had when they were children. The Jolie-Pitt kids are probably more spoiled than the Beckham kids. Atleast the Beckham’s have never sold pictures of their children. I’m not saying that’s horrible cause the Jolie-Pitt’s gave the money to charity. The Beckham’s try to keep their children out of the public eye as much as possible, even though it might not always seem that way. They have tried to teach their kids that they are normal kids and the kids think that everybody’s mum is a popstar and everybodys daddy play soccer. Brooklyn is the only one that understands how famous his parents are, only because he is that age. He is still very normal though.

OMG! Brooklyn just get’s hotter and hotter each day!!!! He’s so GORGEOUS!!!!!!! So are Romeo ands Cruz of course. Wow, imagine those kids when they’re older. I love the Beckham family. They’r'e much better than the Jolie-Pitts.
Well Cathy let me tell you something!!!! You wouldn’t like it if you had paparazzis around you all the time wherever you went 24/7 now would you?! The Beckhams ARE human beings just like you and me. I love the Beckhams better than the Jolie-Pitts. The Beckhams are just trying to live a good life and take their kids to different places. You’re just jealous because you can’t go everywhere like them and that Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are GORGEOUS kids.
I know for a fact their kids are spoiled ROTTEN, I agree with the person who said that they are brought up to act like they are royalty because they are… Absolute brats
