Sophia Bush cuts a striking figure in a sexy one-shoulder Fendi gown at the 2008 ESPY Awards held at NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

The One Tree Hill actress, who turned 26 earlier this month, presented the award for Best Breakthrough Athlete alongside High School Musical star Zac Efron and Heroes actress Kristen Bell. Up for the award were: Adrian Peterson (Minnesota Vikings), Stephen Curry (Davidson Basketball), Kyle Busch (Nascar) and Ana Ivanovic (Tennis).

I don’t get it when you say she’s being someone she’s not… Sophia is getting older, her style is changing, and it’s natural that she looks different than she did in 2004/2005. Give her some credit. She’s not flashing her bits in public and she retains the same class she came to Hollywood with.

This is a really random place for her to show up. Isn’t she filming in NC right now? Why would she fly all the way out to LA for a sports award show? I don’t always buy into the idea that Sophia is a media *****, but what reason would she have for going so out of her way other than to just get her picture taken?

she played v-ball during her high school yrs and she’s athletic. they asked her to present, so why would she turn down when she’s a sports freak? she knows hell of a lot when it comes to football. she’s going back to NC within this week or next at max.

I have a hard time believing that the ESPY award coordinators knew about or cared anything about Sophia’s high school v-ball or love for football enough to pick her out of all of Hollywood to ask to present at their award show. And if she’s gone from her set in the middle of the week, they probably had to rearrange filming in NC for her to be able to fly out and do this completely random award show.
This was set up by her publicist so that she could get her picture taken.
Of course. I doubt anyone at this function had any clue who she is. Sophia will go just about anywhere if it means getting a photo taken or more publicity. Her publicist will book her at just about any random event. She’s supposed to be filming right now by the way.
