The High School Musical sweethearts escaped to the island paradise on July 6, and stayed at the exclusive, secluded Amanyara Resort on Malcolm’s Road Beach.
“They looked like a happy young couple,” says a witness who saw the pair “laughing all the time” and frolicking on the hotel’s beach during their week-long stay.
Although Zac, 20, and Vanessa, 19, went away together to be alone, they were friendly to the other tourists who recognized them, including a bunch of young HSM fans.
“They were nice to all of the kids who approached them,” a fellow vacationer reveals. “They were a very gracious couple.”

Im not here to bash Zac or Vanessa, But seriously haters whats wrong with vanessa? she has barely done anything wrong. It’s not wrong to be young and happy and enjoy life. What is wrong is so much hate toward people that try their best to be private.
As for second pix it’s not traumatic as some of you think it’s fact of life and you have to move foward to the 21st century- even my grandma has more liberal view of life than some posters here.

#197 Well said as always Karen. I’ve seen people behaving more appropriately on the city bus for crying out loud. If it were anyother celebrity couple I don’t think anybody would say thing about it. Plus if you look at the picture there doesn’t appear to be anyone else around. If they were on a crowded beach with a bunch of young kids around I would probably feel a bit differently but that doesn’t appear to be the case so I don’t. I don’t see them flaunting anything or acting inappropriately. This is just people DETERMINED to be offended so once again they’re grasping at straws.
#200 Vanessa had a belly button ring in the pictures taken in Hawaii last year so she’s had for a while.

I luv just jared because people on here and common sense and are zanessa supporters like me. They are only a handful of bashers on here and we argued with all thier negatively. Whoever mentioned Perez was right! It’s like people on there are determinefd to prove that Zac is gay and his relationship w/ nessa is a sham. I am 22 and luv zanessa! My goodness, we are not talking about preteens here. He is 20 and will soon be 21 she is 19. They are not really in high school people. They are actors in roles. And please don’t play that Disney card. I think it was innocent enough The only reason your making so much about it is because you’re either jealous or live in the dark ages.
You obviously don’t watch TV or talk to your children or you would know this is nothing . Now if they were 13 or 14, then maybe we would have something to say. I’ve seen worst at the mall. I come on this thread and have to hand it to the Angels and Fans for doing such a splendid job of defending Zac and Vanessa.
The non-fans/hate posters’comments do not have much substance in them and I can only assume this. They are either:
1) Disgruntled self-righteous prudes
2) Sleaze bags with only sex and not much on their minds.
3) Impressionable tweenies who believe everything the tabloids print and have yet to formulate clear concise thoughts.
4) Ashley fans or other Disney fans in retaliation for the hate posts from our own Zanessa/Vanessa fans.
Anyway, it is nice to see them back, looking happy, healthy and raring to go. I’ve always known them to be a courteous and polite couple.
