Miley Cyrus: What a Fake!
Miley Cyrus steps out with her stunt double on Thursday afternoon while filming scenes for Hannah Montana: The Movie along the Santa Monica Pier in Calif.
The pair wore the same dress, jacket, white-and-gray platform sandals and fuschia-colored socks!
Doesn’t this bring back fond memories of Hannah Faketana from Miley’s “Best of Both Worlds” concert?

It’s not a stunt double persay, it’s also stand in to set the scenes and such. They need them to be fully dressed like the “star” so they can get the lightening and cameras right. I remember seeing this while they work on the Harry Potter films.

and to answer your question, i’d guess she’s 18-23…young enough to pass for her, old enough that they don’t have to worry about working hours restrictions.

Her name is Jessica. She’s a student at Middle Tennessee State University and she is 20 years old. I was an extra in the movie when it was filmed in Nashville and she was a sweetheart. Very nice young lady.
And she is not her STUNT double. She is her stand-in. She stands in for the lighting and camera changes. She does it for a few reasons..one being Miley’s hypoglycemia. Miley does her own stunts (aka. being tackled by Tyra Banks at a mall while fighting over shoes)

The second, fourth & fifth are the sane girl. She has brown hair under the wig. The First and third are the same girl. She is not wearing a wig and her hair is thinner. The two girls also have different knees.

For all you know her CHARACTER is a double to throw people off Miley’s scent.

Most films (tv shows and movies) have a stand-in to set the scene up so the stars do not have to stand around for the sometimes hour or more it takes to fix the lighting and figure out where the extras will be and where everyone moves to during the scene. The stars are in their trailer relaxing while this is done and come out to film the scene once the set up is complete.
Stars that bring their kids or significant others to the set have that time to spend with them, etc. Younger stars may be tutored during this time.
I’ve had friends who worked as extras and they often talk of spending 2+ hours on a scene while the star is only there for 10-15 minutes.

I love reading these because the double is actually my sister. That link is a picture of her but not the best one. She is an amazing person. If just a fan is talking about Jessica being the filmographer in Cancer Evolution to Revolution then yes that is actually her….she had cancer at 9 and was in an HBO special about it. She became Miley’s double because they are the same size so any shot she can do to help keep down the number of hours Miley is on set she does.
Its for lighting! While Miley is changing for the scene, a double comes out so the lighting people can set up for the scene! Every big star has one for their movies!! it saves time

ok her name is jessica turri. this is my friend’s sister who i went to school with. she is 20 going on 21 this year. she is a leukemia cancer survivor who was a petient at st jude. she is one of the main cancer survivor spokeperson for st jude. just google it and you will find her. she does modeling and acting as a thing on the side. she is a junior in college at mtsu, middle tennessee state university. she is really pretty, especially in person. this picture gives her no justice.
