OlderMiley Cyrus is the Next Madonna?
Miley Cyrus finishes filming Hannah Montana: The Movie for the day and makes a few funny faces as she walks to her car on Wednesday.
Bret Ratner, director of X-Men: The Last Stand, and executive producer of Prison Break, recently directed Miley Cyrus‘ video for her new single “7 Things.”
“Where a lot of other artists are nervous or they’re primping, you know, Madonna walks on and is casual; cameras are on her and then all of the sudden, wow!” Ratner told E!.
“Same thing with Miley. She’s hanging out, she’s telling the jokes, she’s laughing, she’s signing an autograph. Camera goes on her and she was just unbelievable.”
“She’s just a hard worker,” Ratner says of Cyrus. “She knows what her job is; she came and gave me 200 percent.”

Of course she’s not the next Madonna-she has talent. Well, certainly more than Madonna. For one thing-Miley can sing. And act a damn sight better than Madonna.
Seriously, I’ve seen her perform and she already has more stage presence and moves better than Madonaa-that can’t sing, can’t dance, can’t act no talent hack.
I just saw her on Good morning Amercia(7/22) and was appalled when the short haired black woman interviewer said ”all 15 year olds talk like that’ in reference to her jabbering, monotome voice yammering away and saying nothing.
If all fifteen year old girls talked like that I would have quit teaching high school years ago; the stress of listening to her would have driven me crazy. It’s an insult to all fifteen year old girls. And her singing - just shrieking and jumping around like a hyena. And finally, she’s not pretty.
I hope this ‘craze’ passes soon.

The only one who even comes close to being the next Madonna is Gwen Stefani. She has the style, drive and beauty to be the next Madonna. You people clearly don’t understand Madonna’s place in music history. Without Madonna, there would never be a Britney or a Lady Gaga. She paved the way for ALL women in music. Read her wikipedia page…She’s an icon or pop culture and has the biggest global following next to Michael Jackson.
