Zac Efron’s Skateboard Skedaddle
Zac Efron hides behind his skateboard and carries his own luggage as he arrives at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
What did he do in New York City?!
As always, a large group of photographers met Zac at his terminal and followed his every move out of the airport. At one point, he exclaimed, “When did I get so popular?”
Mr. Efron was then picked up by his High School Musical costar and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens (pictured below).

aw, well atleast he didnt have to pay to keep his car at the airport, those fees can add up quickly. It was nice to see them out and about. They look very content. I’m happy for them. They both look excited to see one another. Awesome.

Yup, downright cute and they are as strong a couple as ever, maybe more so after their much needed mediteranean break. Hope he has time to accompany her on some of her tour stops before he starts on his next project. He does seem happy to be back.

Hi Karen, our couple looks so happy to see each other. Glad he’s back and that she picked him up at the airport. In the 4th & 6th pic (same pic), you can tell that he’s on the phone, probably calling V to let her know what exit in the airport he is so she find him to pick him up. Such a cute and priceless look on his face when he’s talking to her.

Paps are creepy again. Wow. The video of Vanessa and Ali came to my mind when they had difficulties leaving their parking lot and Vanessa had to horn in order to “chase” the paparazzi away. That must have been a frightening experience.

If you enlarge that first photo of Vanessa in the car, you can actually see some of the cameras in front of the car. It’s really, truly nuts. Think about it……these two are just about 20 and 21. Imagine what it’s REALLY like having to deal with this all the time. Actors enjoy their work….most of them are not looking for this when they sign on. I know they make tons of money, but not all the money in the world is worth losing your privacy and way of life. Kudos to Zac and Vanessa for learning to live with this.

athena, it’s hard to tell! If Vanessa is 5′3″, like Malia just said, then it is likely that Zac is indeed around 5′9″ or 5′10′, judging by them standing side by side. I also looked back at the pic of Zac with David Beckham, who is listed as 6′0″, and Zac looks an inch or two shorter than him, so I’d say he’s in the 5′9″-5′10″ range. Whatever……he looks good as he is!

athena, you can pretty much assume that a lot of actors are shorter than their official bio lists. I’d put Zac in the 5′7-5′8 range. It’s not super important that actors be tall because there are so many film tricks directors can do to make them appear taller than their “leading ladies”…

All I have to say on the height issue is that the only way I would believe Vanessa is 5′3″ in flats is if I were to personally measure her. LOL She’s BARELY taller then her mom who I doubt is over 5 feet even.
As far as Zac is concerned I would say he is n the 5′8″-5′9″.
It amazes me that the haters are so thick as to not understand that after 3 years Zac knows Vanessa inside and out whereas we (both fans and haters) do not. And he has chosen to stay with her.

I’m with Troy on the height thing. Unless I could measure her and would be proven wrong I believe she is about 5′1, no more that 5′2″. Just recently when she was in NYC on that one show where she played her video there was a picture taken of her outside—I am going to try to find the link—and it says in that little news article that she is 5′1″. When HSM first came out it clearly stated in all her statistics at that time she was 5′1″. I have read Ashley is 5′2″ which I think is the truth and in MOST pictures where these two are together and are in the same type shoes or in flats, Ashley is a TAD taller. So, I go with the 5′1″ or 5′2″. She is a tiny little thing but as is with Hollywood they always try to make people taller. It was written for years that Tom Cruise was 5′9″ but now most of the time people agree he is more like 5′7″. Most of the time Hollywood doesn’t want their stars any less that 5′10 if they are a male. The guys who played the “Hobbits” in the Lord of the Rings movies are not over 5′6″ or 5′7″. I think Zac NOW could possibly be the 5′9″. I am 5′2″—pretty much—and my husband is 5′10″ and my head is is almost above his shoulder when I have 2in heels on.

It where people meet with similar interests or something in common to have some relaxing conversation—some fun. That is what it is like here for some of us. I’m out away from my home on most days for 15 hours at least. So, when I come home and eat and catch up with my husband then I have my “down” or “private” time on the computer. I prefer doing that than watching some boring show on TV. Got a problem with that?
