Christian Bale Denies Assault Claims
Christian Bale’s is denying assault allegations made against him by his mother and sister.
His attorneys released a statement on Tuesday that reads: “Christian Bale attended a London police station today, on a voluntary basis, in order to assist with an allegation that had been made against him to the police by his mother and sister. Mr. Bale who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question, and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale.”
Yesterday, Bale’s mother Jenny, 61, and sister Sharon, 40, went to a police station to lodge a formal complaint against The Dark Knight actor.

Probably the mom and sister are trying to drain money from him since his movie is doing well at the box office. He is not guilty otherwise the police would retain him already.

Superhero Hype and Batman On Film have pics from Batman Begins where Bale lashed out violently at a female fan and the husband almost got into a fight w/ him.Bale apologized later.
Only Mormon cult boy Eckhart is nice also Caine,Freeman and Oldman.
Different Batman sites also have pics of Bale giving fans the international sign of frienshi with his fingers. I bet TMZ and other entertainment would love to have those.
If Maguire aka Peter Pan has a temper he loses out to Bale.

An assault on the English language. Someone call the Grammar police!
Tmz is now reporting that Bale went Ballistic on the set of Terminator 4 just days prior to the incident with his mother and sister. It’s may not be the curse of Batman, but something is wrong in Bale-land. He’s got a lot of anger seething beneath the surface if the story is true. Maybe he’s irked because he was over-shadowed by Ledger. No matter what his mouth has said in public, I bet he’s royally pissed. You’re the ’star’ and you’re constantly told what a great performance your co-star gave. Ego is Ego. He can’t say anything in public. He’s keeping it all in. He’s gonna explode.The Dark Knight will always be Heath Ledger’s movie.
Then again, maybe he’s just a hot-head. I don’t know if there is anything to what happened with his mother and sister, but have to dysfunctional to report him to the police. It’ll all come out sooner or later. I never remember hearing anything bad about him before. Then again, I don’t really follow him.
I think it’s depression. If you haven’t had major depression, or seen someone struggle with it, then maybe you wouldn’t recognize mood swings, emotional outburts and other things. He’s battled it before, by his own admission. I wish him well, I really do.
A verbal assault is usualy a threat. It is against the law in the US as well. I can’t think of a single state where you can threaten someone.
Threatening behavior can also be an assault even with no touching. For instance you can’t wave or even point a weapon at someone, that could easily be found to be an assault.
Does Bale have any history of bipolar? Nothing has moved me more in a movie as his performance in Empire of the Sun. Maybe Meryl Streep in Sophie’s Choice but it’s close.
What?! Is this true? It would be horrible. I don’t know much about him (even from media) I hope he’s not violent.
I read from wikipedia that he suffered from depression in 2002 2003 around the time his Dad died. I think He needs help if he really is depressed. If you see the recent interviews he made, he seemed edgy. I hope he’s okay. One of my favorite actors.

It is very sad when a family sees fit to call the police because they had an argument and a screaming match with one of their members. Show me a family that doesn’t have those. If the police were called each time to deal with things like this, there should be a whole new task force.
To me this stunt is all about money. I would not be surprised if his mother and sister sued him for money compensation, claiming he assaulted them.
Whatever. I still love him and always will. The guy has no criminal record whatsoever and now his mom and sis decide to drag his name through the mud for their own malicious gain. A$$holes!

His mom must be a total ***** to call the cops after Bale flipped out at her for insulting his wife. Obviously, his mother and sister, who are pissed about Bale’s father’s will, plan to extort money from Bale. Why else call the cops just before the planet’s biggest movie, of which their son is the star, is released? They want to make him look bad.
