Aniston fans only know how to hate Brad and Angelina! I find this very sad! Why can you respect them all? You don’t know what was happening with Jen and Brad, and also you don’t know what is happening with Brad and Angelina, so why are you discussing their privat life? Don’t you have your own life?
And, I did not offend anybody, but my guess is that now all you “fans” will say something bad about me because on this thread people obviously do not respect someone else’s opinion! Bye! I really liked Jen, I loved Friends, I think that for her age she looks amazing, but now I only see her angry fans and the fact that she is always Rachel Green in her movies! So I guess I am also a hater so you all angry fans will attack me and it OK, I see that tolerance does not exist on this thread, I hope that her fans are proud!!

Very sad, and very very desperate. Guys, it shouldn’t have to be that hard to defend your idol, if she had substance, class and respectibility, of which she has none. Aniston’s career hasn’t been hurt by Nancy’s telling the world about the young Aniston though. Sex scandal and beauty perception do not have same effect.

Speaking of perspective, most actresses, because of their wealth and fame, tend to live in a neighborhood far different from our own. In such neighborhood, hardly anything can stir up scandalous dust. But in ordinary neighborhood, things are different.

Nancy most likely knew her chat to tabloid would severe her already strained relationship with her daughter. She probably wanted to hurt Aniston just as Aniston had hurt her by favoring the husband who hurt her and dismissing her struggle to provide for Aniston. Isn’t other’s hurt the basis for all revenge? Aniston stabbed right back. Personally I think mother and daughter suit each other.

Your mum and most mums, and mine too, are mothers of non-famous and we are grateful to our mothers for having raised us.

All she did was normal. I stil cry when her dad told them that she has mental illness. That is heartbreaking, sweet pea. @ comment 173: The one thing the infamous VF interview made clear to me was Angelina Jolie had NOTHING to do with Pitt and Aniston’s breakup. Aniston or maybe one of her surrogates (I don’t remember) stated Pitt did not show up for the last taping of Friends. This I believe happened in January 2004. Pitt and Jolie had just started working on MAMS, so you can’t blame Angelina for his no show. I think this marriage was on its last legs and neither side was even trying to put up a united front at this point. This, more than anything in the interview, proved to me Jolie was in the clear. Did Aniston ever visit Pitt on the set of MAMS? I believe the entire shoot took place in LA with the exception of one week in Italy ( and that didn’t happen until Oct/Nov 2004).

She just told the world what everybody knew: that their relationship was going trough a tough period and that he started to have feelings for someone else at that time. She never once placed blame only on Pitt (she said “they both changed”), she ttok her share of responsability, she wasn’t mean to him at all and she never even touched on AJ’s name. And, if i remember correctly, Pitt gave more than one interview at the time, in which he spoke just (or more) as much as her.

Yes, they assumed but that doesn’t mean they knew shiit because they are not there with them. You are right about one thing. She didn’t put blame on Brad. She allowed her heckling hens to do it for her. She allowed her friends to disrespect her relationship. Disrespect the man who she claimed is the greatest man and will love for the rest of her life. She allowed them to say there was something diabolical about him. Where I come from claiming 2% responsibility for a failed marriage is NOT being a real woman. When Brad did talk about his failed marriage. He did not need anyone to speak for him because its his marriage, not his friends! He had nothing but kind words for her. Showing true class! Thank you, Jade. I’ve noticed it’s usually silly teenagers and immature adults who dump on “old people”. Obviously they never stopped to think that if they live long enough, they’ll be old too.

I don’t know if anyone “deserves” to be happy. You have to make your own happiness, you can’t expect to just sit back and wait for it to come to you because maybe it never will. The best way to be happy is to stop thinking about yourself all the time and reach out to other people. Maybe Aniston will find that out sooner or later but so far she hasn’t yet.
