David Beckham And His $250 Million Shoes

David Beckham has written another blog about his win at the ESPY Awards this past weekend.

He writes, “Last week I attended the ESPY 2008 Awards in LA and just was pleased to win the award for Best MLS Player. It is always an honor to be recognized by people for playing the sport I love and to get the support of the fans.”

I’m sure David also appreciated host Justin Timberlake sniffing his shoes.

During the ESPY Awards Ceremony, Justin joked, ” Hello, Victoria. Hello, David. May I? (lift’s David’s foot up) I just wanna smell it. (Sniffs) Yup, smells like $250 million dollars to me!” (That was the rumored amount David received for signing with L.A. Galaxy.)
