Matthew McConaughey and his longtime love Camila Alves, welcoming their first son Levi Alves McConaughey on July 7th, opens up to OK! Magazine about being parents.
On the delivery of the baby: “We found a great rhythm. Contractions started kicking in. I sat there with her, right between her legs. We got tribal on it, we danced to it! I was DJ-ing this Brazilian music.”
On the entire hospital experience as a proud father: “I have it all chronicled,” he explained. “Becoming a dad is something I’ve dreamed of doing since I was 10. Becoming a father felt very, very natural. We were jamming! She was sweating. No painkiller, let’s go. She just clicked into that gear that only a woman has at a time like this. We’d been up for 40-something hours, and we went from dead tired to a really steadfast, ‘Let’s handle this… let’s stay in the rhythm. Don’t let the contraction be more than you.’”
On finding out the sex of the baby during the pregnancy: “I said, ‘Come here, little man. I saw the pecker and screamed that we’d been right all along about him being a boy. Then I brought him over to [Camila].’

And, as for describing finding out the sex of the baby upon birth and to use his word, seeing his “******”…..well, this man is so barbaric it is shameful
The baby looks like a very light skin black kid lol. He looks everything like his mother. even the hair and his lips. He’ll have full lips.

Daddy sounds like a dork but baby is really cute. If you look at the color just above his fingernails that is what his skin color will look like when he gets all his pigment. Pretty color. He really is BEAUTIFUL!!!
You could put that picture of Matthew next to SMUG in the dictionary and it would describe the word perfectly. After reading his interview I would also put his pic next to dumber than a box of rocks.

In these pictures he has that cornered/ trapped look, don’t you think? What a beautiful baby…I’m glad it looks like Camilla…the world doesn’t need a second Matthew. He has a lot of growing up to do…dj’ing to brazillian music…dancing…To bad he couldn’t have traded places with the “guy” having the baby. He’d be more sympathic. Camilla, I hope you know this will never last. Nothing in his self consuming life ever has. He’s a boy in a man’s body. Run!!!! And take every penny you can. You can always run up here to Oregon, he’d never find you. Much love and enjoy your beautiful baby. Truly.
It is all very well for a guy to describe what giving birth should or should not be . . makes me laugh every time . . I’d like to hear the truth from Camila sometime, Levi is his mothers son in the looks dept.
