Multiple pregnancy is a common complication of infertility treatment. It increases risks for both the mother and the fetuses, such as preeclampsia, miscarriage, premature birth, and long-term DISABILITY for the babies. The greater the number of fetuses, the greater the chance of a bad outcome. Multifetal pregnancy reduction (MFPR) is a procedure that can be done during the first trimester to reduce the number of fetuses in a multiple pregnancy—usually from three, four, or five fetuses to two. This is done to help the remaining fetuses have a better chance of healthy survival.

I’m beginning to ask myself if some of the posters are over 12 years old. Just because people are dating doesn’t automatically mean they want to have kids. Nor does it mean they are infertile if they don’t. What the heck has who Brad or Angelina dated have to do with them having kids NOW. I hope most people in the world aren’t that dumb.

I thought that Shiloh was an accident and that Angelina prefers to adopt than to have her own. Now what happened here? I guess Brad Pitt is getting his way. But why artificial insemniation? They are not having sex either?

She said that the fact that she was carrying twins came as a surprise. Which would be true, because even with In Vitro her chances were only 25 %.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Lawyers for Brad Pitt on Thursday threatened legal action against anyone publishing recent photographs they say were taken by paparazzi of the actor and his newly enlarged family at their French estate.

Pictures of Pitt and his family in France were “surreptitiously” snapped using a powerful telephoto lens and sold to an unidentified buyer, the Los Angeles lawyers said in a letter published by the U.S. Web site The Smoking Gun (http://www.thesmokinggun.com).

The lawyers did not say which family members were in the pictures.

Pitt and actress Angelina Jolie, the mother of his children, have reportedly sold exclusive picture rights to the first photographs of their newborn twins to a U.S. publication for $11 million. The money would go to charity.

The legal warning came a week after Jolie left the hospital in Nice with twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon, who were born on July 12. The family has rented a villa in nearby Provence.

Pitt’s lawyer, Yael Holtkamp, said the taking of the photos was a “malicious violation” of the actor’s privacy rights under both French and California law.

Holtkamp said one unspecified photo agency that had already sold the pictures had agreed to stop further sales and removed them from its Web site.

Several celebrity Web sites that had links to the pictures had removed them by late on Thursday.

The Smoking Gun, which publishes legal documents and arrest warrants of celebrities, published the letter sent to it by Pitt’s lawyers, who also threatened legal action against the Web site should it post the photos. Smoking Gun said it had never purchased a paparazzi photo in its 11-year history.

Jolie, 33, and Pitt, 44, have four other children — Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh — three of whom are adopted.

Oh, for crying out loud! Get a grip, you loonies!!

Even more interesting is Brad Pitt taking issue with photographers using long lenses to snap the family…when in the past, he has instructed photogs to keep their distance and use those same long lenses.

Maybe the papps were just trying to follow instructions Mr. Pitt.

Let me break it down to you - realizing they were twins was a shocker, she did not only stop there she said they were jumping quickly from four to six (unexpectedly) but they are ready for the challenge. She also did not stop there, she talked about how they have never had help sleeping over in their house but now things would likely change. Now let me say it s-l-o-w-l-y, the conception was natural. she never prepared for twins, there was no i-n-v-i-t-r-o-l. God chose to bless them and it is not their fault.
