If she did, I don’t blame her, I would too. She’s tired after a workout session getting ready for her concert and all she wants to do is get home pronto without the paps stalking her every move and flashing bulbs in her face. They are blinding especially when you are about to drive off. The paps were obstructing/blocking her path and if she were to knock/run down any of them, well, they pretty much asked for it
Just listening to them makes me mad. They do egg/provoke her with their incessant requests. They are at her house when she leaves, at the studio when she arrives,again at the studio when she leaves and finally at her house when she arrives. Are the paps going to do this everyday? Celebrity or not, this would drive any sane person up the wall and lose their cool.
i know vanessa will do well in her career because she is so talented.
Anyway, she was still smiling, bless her, exasperated maybe, because she found it difficult to leave the carpark owing to Human traffic blocking her front and behind. Zac is also having the same problem and him being able to out sprint the paps(took them by surprise) shows how fit he is. Unfortunately, Vanessa is petite and lugging that big handbag of hers is no help. Anyway, there’s the danger of her tripping because of her extra baggy/long track pants.

When she pulled up, she just left her car sitting there and got into the studio quickly. Obviously either someone in the car or a studio employee parked it for her. So why did she need to walk about a block to get to it, with the two young men guarding her? Couldn’t one of them have just gotten her car, pulled it up to the backdoor and let her get in and drive away? That way, she wouldn’t have had to spend two minutes doing a 72-point turn getting out of the parking space! I swear I think she knows exactly what she’s doing with the papz! And she needs to be careful with that cap….she seems more concerned with keeping her face covered than driving! Rebecca Gayheart anyone? Ran over and killed a kid….had nothing to do with papz, either….but I would hate to see Vanessa take hiding from cameras more seriously than road safety. Especially while driving her new SUV. She’s used to a smaller car, which she apparently drove for two months and cast aside….maybe it got dirty?

And if she would have let the paps snap away at her then she would have been subject to all kinds of intrusive questions and you all know that’s true. There’s nothing newsworthy about that or even an interesting candid. She’s simply walking and is beautiful as usual. For crying out loud! Maybe Sears is wanting to change their image and wanting to get back to their glory days—yes, they were once very well thought of in their clothing, appliances, etc. I would say they are very intent on doing that or they wouldn’t have gotten Vanessa Hudgnes for their ads. They have Ty Pennington doing ads for their home improvement department so they do mess around when they go after spokespeople. They deserve a look just for that face alone. And within the past year I have had opportunity to go back into a few Sears stores and they have changed a lot than what they were there for several years. For me, I don’t care what store it is, if it has something I like, I buy. To me, a snob is someone who would not wear something they might even love just because it doesn’t come from a certain store or doesn’t have a certain label on it. If something looks great and fits you like a glove, who cares what the label is or where it came from? There was a female celebrity some years back who everyone was gushing about the dress she was wearing on the red carpet and she finally admitted to finding it in a THRIFT shop. She didn’t care what the label said or that it lacked a fancy store name and she did look spectacular even though my brain has gone blank to who it is. I just remember thinking what a great lady that was for going with what she loved and what look good on her.

I don’t really think it is odd that Vanessa is hiding her face. I think she is merely trying in a nice way—because she has been smiling and she says thank you, etc—to say “Please stop following me everyday and everywhere I go”. The girl is probably about ready to OD on paparrazi. I’m sure she is wondering if there isn’t some other celebrity the paps could follow for a few days. Hi everyone - back from vacation here and trying to catch up with what has been going on online.
I did have some “High School Musical moments” though - we went through Atlanta coming and going and they were advertising on the radio the “High School Musical Roadshow” coming there soon and to buy the tickets. We heard it twice in the time it took to drive through Atlanta…..then both trips to the Mall there too had LARGE signs of Vanessa at the entrances to Sears - all levels into the Mall - not just the levels with the clothes either !!
Sidenote: (we spent the week in the North Georgia Mountains - horseback riding, tubing down the rivers and even whitewater rafting - I had never done that but we did a 6 hour whitewater raft trek on the Occee River (sp?) Saturday in Southern Tennessee and the trip even included the Olympic course used for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics - that was really cool for a first time rafter but I have the “bug” now and even though my muscles are sore - I have to go back - pretty cool for a 51 year old!!
Also - being around people of all ages on vacation all week - I can tell you Zac and Vanessa’s did nothing on their recent vacation that I did not see other people their age doing — when we were tubing down the river there were “love birds” all around tubing side by side, holding hands, playing in the water on the sand bar, splashing water back and forth, etc., — I even commented to my daughter - maybe we should be taking pictures of some of these young couples in case they are celebrities and we could sell them for a lot of money– just joking of course, but it is soooooo what kids that age do when they are off together.
Back on subject though….
question — Vanessa’s tour starts this week - is it in St. Louis now on the 31st? Will she fly there and start out from there on the buses? the last I knew she was starting her tour in Birmingham, AL but heard or saw the 31st in Missouri I think was added.
I really wish I could get to Birmingham or Louisiana to see her this weekend but I have to get back to work on Wednesday so getting back off that soon just did not work out — drats!!!! We had to fit out trip in between the kid’s schedules and that is hard these days and school goes back next week …. Just having Vanessa that close is cool though for those of us “down South”.
all I can tell her is to drink lots of fluids when she “comes South” - it is sweltering here and very hot - (that is what we enjoyed so much in the mountains this last week was the cooler temps!) and I know all that dancing is very physical but I am sure Vanessa’s “people” will keep reminding them to stay hydrated!! It is a different heat down here than in California.
what tour dates is she with Corbin - I think those would be great concerts to have them both together. I hope some of you who get to attend these concerts will be giving us eye witness reports and let us know if they share anything interesting!!
One more thing and I’ll stop rambling…..I read or saw there was a party Saturday night for Ashley - maybe a late birthday party and maybe Kenny’s niece too in Malibu - Zac and Vanessa were there but was there any footage or photos of the event? Help me catch up.
