Those are some terrifying cheek implants. DANG! she looks alien.

Looking older (she’s 50) and not hot without makeup (uh, she obviously just worked out, and Madonna trains HARD) - no shock, no shock at all.

But her cheeks look insane.

of course that she had always had work done on her face, she had undergone everthing you can figure out on her face, come on, how do you excpect a 50 year old woman to look like?

It makes me sick to see Madonna turn into a try hard to win a young teeny bopper audience. I don’t understand why a 50yr old women thinks she can pull of trying to look like she is still in her twenties. I think Madonna has forgotten that because she has had a long career she has fans of all ages, I think she is selfish to focus so much on the Justin Timberlake and Britney crowd. I think Guy Ritchie would be better off without the old hag. I can imagine she would act like a spoilt little brat that would have a tantrum if she didn’t get her own way, kick this b!tch to the curb Guy you can do better.
