first of all,these are not prominent cheekbones,she clearly had implants done!
simply because they look fatty,and person without any gram of fat on their body cannot have them look like this!
cheekbones are normally much smaller and in proportion with the face,and the skin is thinner in that area.
these ones look fat and clearly fake.

Oh please all she needs is a nights sleep, some makeup, and an awesome costume, and shell kick all yours alls asses. I love Madonna. And would never be so stupid enough to insult such a woman, who basically has just worked her ass off all her life, and isnt an uninspired, indulgent, drugie, out of shape, drone like the rest of you. She looks OLDER than 50. There are a lot of nice looking 50 year old women in Hollywood who haven’t had surgery that look a lot better than that. She needs to put on some weight; she looks almost skeletal. Younger women can get away with being that skinny because they have more moisture in their skin; once you get Madonna’s age, you really need a little bit of extra weight or else you’ll look like…well, Madonna.
