Christian Bale Tackles Tokyo
Christian Bale and his wife Sibi Blazic walk the red carpet of The Dark Knight Japan Premiere at Tokyo International Forum on on Monday in Tokyo, Japan.
The Dark Knight took in $75.6 million this weekend, according to studio estimates, giving it over $314 million in 10 days, easily making it the fastest film to earn $300 million. The previous record was held by Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, which did it in 16 days.
The Batman sequel set to become the second highest-grossing film of all time, on track to surpass Star Wars‘ $461 million. Titanic remains the all-time grossing movie with $601 million.

The Avengers movie starring Brad Pitt,Downey Jr and Ed Norton will tackle down Batman so easily.

Sibi isn’t a celebrity, she’s just there to support her husband, so I don’t think she feels the need to be fashionable. She wears what she wants, she’s not there for the publicity.
I’m happy for Bale and for Batman. Definitely deserves all the attention it’s getting.

If I was married to Christian, I’d have a complex and wear black all the time too (nice & safe)…..it’s a huge responsibility to be married to a man every woman in the world wants…
Nice to see Christian smiling for a change. Sibi is gorgeous and always seems appropriate - even without the help of a stylist. People always pick on her for her teeth etc. but they seem like a really low key couple & don’t need to impress “Hollywood.”

Yes, I agree completely. Sibi isn’t there to attract attention or to steal the show, she just wants to support her husband. I think she looks very elegant and they look great together.
The Dark Knight was fantastic. I can’t wait to get it on DVD.
It’s a bit lousy that he gets to take credit for the next biggest box office movie ever WHEN it was really Heath Ledger who’s acting stole the movie…and made it a huge HIT.

He and his wife are a beautiful pair, and very down-to-earth. I wish them life-long happiness together, and continued success and more recognition for him! He’s been awesome since “Empire of the Sun”.

Yes, Heath was good, but even he needed someone as strong as Batman (and CB playing him) to act against, the film would have fallen flat.
It was an ensemble effort and an ensemble success - the actors who’s names appear on the posters, as well as Chris & Jonah Nolan. :D ;)

He is so handsome! And I admire the way the Sibi always looks so pulled together and gorgeous, the way that she dresses is quite chic. I am so glad that Bale is getting the recognition he deserves -even if he doesn’t always want it!

Christian is a Gay really. A Batty man. He just pretends to love her in their marriage to stay popular.
Without being publicly ‘Straight’ he just wouldn’t be as popular but he is privately a Homosexual Man.
This is why he is such a great actor as he has to hide his unfortunate mournings for Camp people and culture.

Christian Bale is Welsh. The man can do any accent, he’s a chameleon. His wife looks like a nice girl but she really needs to fix her teeth, maybe after the Batman movie they’ll be able to swing the orthodontia payments…The Batman movie was good, not excellent, but it was really a collaboration…Heath Ledger was good, but not incredible…
TMZ is reporting he travelled coach class today and pushed his own suitcase trolley. That’s so cool.
I guess the common folk were too scared to approach him or pester him incase he went ‘Jack Nicholson’ on them.
