Shia LaBeouf: It Wasn’t Me!

Shia LaBeouf was found not at fault for his Sunday car crash despite being cited for a DUI.

“The other car ran a red light and, if not already, they will be cited,” said Sheriff Steve Whitemore. “They will now be listed as Party One on the report, indicating they were at fault.”

Yesterday, Shia’s mom Shayna indicated that Shia was “fine” when she went to visit him at the hospital.

Thank you, #39 & #44, for making some damn sense.

I can’t believe how much attention the accident got during the first 24 hours of the news cycle, but when the police looked at the camera footage of the intersection & found that the other driver caused the wreck, we barely heard anything about it. Someone at the scene tried to get Shia to leave, and he refused, saying that it would be irresponsible to leave (which shows he was sober enough to exhibit good judgement that other celebrities have not shown).

Shia was seriously injured in a bad wreck that was SOMEONE ELSE’S FAULT, but no news outlets have shown any sympathy or compassion for Shia’s injuries. Everyone’s too busy passing judgement on him. He’s still in the hospital, for God’s sake - that’s how badly he was injured due to the other driver’s negligence.

I’m waiting to hear what his blood alcohol level was. I’m betting that it was below the legal limit and what the police suspected was him being “under the influence” was a result of his injuries (shock, severe head taruma, etc.). The media can’t wait to get their facts straight - they just jumped on the chance to label him “Hollywood’s Newest Bad Boy”, which is ridiculous when he so rarely goes out to clubs or parties.

My money says that they’ll drop the charges at his arraignment, due to lack of evidence & the results of his BAC test, but the media will barely comment on that. They’ll be on to sensationalizing someone else’s tragedy.

Shia - I’m praying for your safe, speedy, full recovery. I’m glad you’ve got your mom to take care of you. God bless you and please, when you’re strong enough, get out there and do a little press to set the record straight, ok? Let people know what a good person you are and they’ll be a little less likely to believe the media hype next time you’re hurt. Poor baby! Big hugs…

hi,its me matilda, how are u shia,i hope that everything its okk here, god bless u……kiss kiss

hi its me matilda how are u shia,i hope that everything its okk here, god bless u shia….kiss kiss

is enybody here…..i love u shiaaaaaaaa……you are amasing and an angel for me…..

Ok shia was not drunk, he was drinking hours ago, and yes the fact that he smokes bugs me, and he’s not that cute, but he’s a brilliant actor. Plus, the crash wasn’t his fault and it’s not like he was totally drunk I mean it’s like having a glass or two of wine at a friend’s and driving home-you’re not drunk at that point! The alchohol level probably wasn’t high enough for him to be charged with anything, he wasn’t driving dangerously. He was lucky, though-had the passengers sustained any injuries he would have gotten in trouble.

i agree with ponie,ponie you are right….respekt

I’ve recently started a blog, the information you provide on this site has helped me tremendously. Thank you for all of your time & work.
