Jennifer Aniston is a Barney’s Babe
Jennifer Aniston picks up a few new pieces at Barney’s in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon.
The 39-year-old actress will participate in an hour-long “Stand Up To Cancer” telethon, which will air live and commercial-free on ABC, CBS and NBC on Sept. 5. She’ll join Meryl Streep, Forest Whitaker, Lance Armstrong, Charlize Theron, Hilary Swank, America Ferrera, Salma Hayek, Kirsten Dunst, Josh Brolin, Masi Oka and Scarlett Johansson.
During the telethon, viewers will be invited to make donations by calling the celebrity-staffed phone lines or by texting. Musicians and other participants will be be announced soon!

i for one have been a fan. i think she’s quite likable and although i wasn’t keen on how she handled her break-up from brad pitt (i think she talked too much about it), i’m glad that she’s moved on. she has for quite some time now but it’s quite clear that those who hate her have not. i think it’s great that she’s working and not just sitting on her millions, her roles may be limited but she’s not a bad actress, point is, she doesn’t have to work but she chooses to. i also respect that in general she’s remained free of scandal. who cares what and how much she donates, may it be millions or just a few hours, i won’t hold it against her that she is actually doing something for a few causes.

Jen reminds me of Jessica Simpson when she donated a car that didn’t even come out of her own funds. The car dealer was the one that really donated the car. She was dating John. Funny how Jen and Jess have familiar qualities.
She looks old in those pics! I think that why she dresses like a teenager most of the times, just to make her look younger, because as we can she looks a lot older in that pencil skirt, even if she is wearing tank top.

Please. Aniston and Cox who make 11 to 16 mill a year for the syndication of Friends rather hold a party for the EB charity than actually write a check. All EB needed was 1 million dollars.
How the hell did you guys predict all of that in one set of pictures? Seriously, do you hang out with her and her PR people to know all of that? And of course she looked like hell in the last pictures…it’s morning and she just wants to see her friend and theres all these paps already bothering her. If you watch the tmz clip of that scene you’ll see that all of that happened in like 10 seconds so I don’t understand how you can summarize someone’s persona, a stranger too, in 10 seconds and a set of pictures.

You are a woman, you have the possibility of having breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer…which are null chance for a man to have it (may be except breast cancer), and don’t forget, any other normal cancer, which don’t depend on the sexes.

She can’t adopt children from Africa or Asia because she can only adopt in America but perhaps she does not want 6 children in total ( 6 years, 3 years, 2 1′2 year, 2 years, 2 newborns ) because she knows she can’t give them the attention and care closely and she does not want the nannies to do all the work. She would not want the children to be dragged on global trotting and being transfered to 4-5 different schools in 3 years.
She is not important enough to make any difference because wherever she goes she does not pay any local goverment to hold press conference on her birthgiving in Africa or France or getting people on wild cat protest about her presence that distract the local government’s dealing with social issues.
She is contradictory because she would not carry guns if while she had 6 children to raise and would want them to watch her movies.
She is not charitable enough because she showed up in Iraq to support the troops to kill the Iraqis men while she would give money for the men’s wives to live on, hanging on life without husband after their husband die.

I never attack Angelina for her charity deed. In fact, I never attack anybody who participates in any charity act.
If one does not like somebody, for whatever reasons, they always find mistakes. As I said, cancer is not only lungs cancer. We are women, we have more possibilities to have cancer than men, because there are kinds of cancer that will attack only women (ovarian or cervical cancer).
You call Jen Hypocrite just because she smokes. Angelina did more than smoking, I suppose. And I believe, if she stands up against cancer, now, you will say differently (her thread would reach possible 2000 or more). She did many crazy things in her past, but yet, you give her a chance to prove herself that she is different.
But Jennifer Aniston will never change in your eyes, and you don’t even think about giving her a chance, am I right?
We always talk about move on, go on. Why don’t we start from ourselves. I change my point of view about Angelina. I always try to avoid giving her harsh critics, as a matter of fact. I don’t visit Angelina’s thread, if it’s not necessary (many times, I don’t find it necessary, except giving her congrats for her twins, Shiloh and her message video)

I do respect your post. I never said that I hate Aniston, actually this was my first time posting on her thread, and I must say that I posted comment because of imature and evil posts I read on Jolie thread! I really wish all the best to Aniston, as you see I even did not call her Maniston or X or any other name. I do know that Angelina was doing a lots of bad things in her past, she was always open about that, and yes, I was and I always will be against using drugs. And yes I do agree with you, everybody deserves a second chance, but I called Aniston a hypocrite because she still smokes, I am sorry but I just find that a little bit strange, because if she was smoking before, and than quit, now she would have a right to say: this is a bad thing … Cigarrete smoking is a BIG threat to all people today, cigarette use has been shown to cause multiple types of cancer, heart disease, respiratory disease, circulatory disease, birth defects and etc. It is a very big problem today and I never read that Aniston ever said: I smoke, I know this is a bad thing, I do hope that I will quit soon or anything like that … I know that that is her life, and of course that she does not have to apologize for anything, but she is an actress, there are lots of young people who love her and who read everything about her and they want to be like her, I think that she has a certain level of responsibility for her fans, and that is why I found her being hypocrite! Also, I already wrote this, she is with John Mayer, I must say, in my country his is not very famous, so I don’t know a lot abot him, but I read that he said how he fantasize about Jolie, and yet (just look at this and other threads about Aniston) all that her fans are doing is talking about Brad, saying evil things about Brad and Angelina, wishing death to children, and I did not read (maybe I am wrong) that her fans are worrying because she is with Mayer and that maybe she will end up being hurt, will than her fans again blame Brad for everything? I know that I am not a fan, that it is not my concern, but I wrote that because of all the things I read from you fans, why so much of her fans are saying all those evil things about Brad and Angelina who do not exist in her life.
Again, I only said that I think that she is a hypocrite, but again, every charity who will actually help someone is a good charity, so I will not say anything against this telethon again!!

I do ignore Aniston because last couple of years I did not see any of her movies, but I really loved Friends, she and Pheobe were my favourite, I must say I was here on her thread only because of her fans (not because of you because you know how to have a normal conversation) but because of other fans and I must say I have never read so much hate … But you will not see me here again, I promise! Why does her face look puffy all the time now? And what happened to her lips? Looks like she got them inflated, likely an attempt to have lips like the natural-big-lipped Jolie. And she dresses Ok, but it’s so ordinary, when people say she has quite the style, I don’t see it, it’s so plain. Or else they would think that I’m a MAJOR fashion plate too as I dress similarly (cargos, tanks, skirts), but I’m not a celebrity who seeks attention. What does she do with her gazillions???? No charity work (not donations…but actual get-down-and-dirty charity work), no travelling (following like a groupie on tour doesn’t count), no family to share it with. She seems like a lost soul to me. And she NEVER EVER looks happy, she looks like she’s miserable most of the time.
