Daniel Craig Rides The Pineapple Express
007 actor Daniel Craig (in Tom Ford) and longtime girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell heat up the red carpet at the premiere of Columbia Pictures’ Pineapple Express on Thursday at the Mann Village Theatre in Westwood, Calif.
The 40-year-old British actor returns as Bond in the new 007 movie, Quantum of Solace, which opens in Britain on Halloween. Alicia Keys and Jack White from The White Stripes will record the theme song, titled “Another Way to Die”. The song will be the first duet in Bond soundtrack history.

i think he likes the attention but can’t handle it when he receives it, he is insecure he needs her to hold on to, she usually looks bored on the red carpet, they probably have an agreement to do all publicity together
They are both with each other because that is what both of them want. If Daniel did not want to be with her he would simply just move on. He may not have the smiles and body language he had with Heike but this is a different relationship with different people and a different situation. He may not be all smiles but he looks stable and comfortable with Satsuki. If they are possessive of each other then they are - the point is neither would be with each other if they wanted to be with someone else. I am sure Daniel can have his pick of women but this is the one he wants.
Or maybe they are just two people who are together for normal reasons and support each other.
For hypothesis sake only: could he move on if he wanted to anyway? I’m sure he wants to appear mature and stable by staying in a long relationship. Especially with a teenage (?) daughter - role model etc etc and with the world’s media on him.
But I’m sure they are happy together and together for the normal reasons so the above points are moot.
If he wanted to appear stable for his daughter’s sake he would have stayed married to her mother. Everyone just has to accept he is inlove with Satsuki and she is the one for him.
wasnt he in love with Heike too for 7 years, what makes you think he’ll stay with Satsuki? He wore a ring with Heike he wears nothing that is visible with Satsuki.
Behind the smiles, I think he looks unhappy. Dont care what others think.
i think satsuki is being possessive because of the affair daniel is rumored to have had with sienna miller during the filiming of layer cake. she may have forgiven him but is going to make sure no other woman can get near him. i don’t know how well that will work. if daniel wants to have another woman he will.
whether he’s happy with satsuki i dont know, it’s anyones guess. i look at the pictures of them together; they are either holding hands or he has his arm around her waist. someone mentioned “Heike ” who he was with for 7 years. he didn’t marry her for whatever reason. it’s possible that daniel and satsuki are married and we just don’t know about it. equally possible that they aren’t married but are content to live together as they are with the promise of getting married someday.
As I said before …. if he wants to leave he will. Only Daniel knows how happy or not happy he is with Satsuki. It appears he is very happy with her but one never knows.

Sienna is so much nicer than Satsuki. How can Daniel even by turned on by Satsuki after being with Sienna. I suppose it doesn’t take much for him get turned on.
Maybe he gets turned on by the fact that Satsuki isnt an actress and therefore doesnt have the so called insecurities and ego problems that might go with being one? Plus the fact Satsuki can spend all of her time with him and not off shooting films. Didnt she give up her job? I don’t think he looks like a man who enjoys long distance relationships.

The marriage thing is not true. The press would have more than picked up on a marriage by now. They are only creating mystery around them so they continue to get attention until Bond comes out. The press has enough resources to figure that out.
And Babs is way hotter than Satsuki so as for her not being jealous of Babs - she should be.

Do you know them? Do you think they will stay together? What do you mean by a storm in a teacup = are things bad between them?
I think they mean its blown out of all proportion, the interest in them and their lives. thats all.
I guess their lives are more normal than people think and they are just a normal couple with normal everyday things to deal with.
i agree with your assessment. i dont think they’re married. they may be engaged; but we all know that engagements come and go. it’s just a promise but not a guarantee. engagements are broken all the time; just look at hollywood. in order to get married they have to apply for a license and if this couple had one the press would be all over it by now. as a friend pointed out; he was with another girl-the name escapes me-for 7 years. they didn’t get married.
