Bond actor Daniel Craig and his girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell fish around their wallets to pay the valet after a shopping at Saks Fifth Avene in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Thursday afternoon.
Later in the day, Craig, 40, and Mitchell, attended the L.A. premiere of Paramount Pictures’ Pineapple Express.
Actress Michelle Yeoh, who co-starred with Pierce Brosnan in Tomorrow Never Dies, recently expressed her love for Daniel Craig. She said, “I love, love, love Craig. I’m the biggest fan of the Bond series and they’ve taken it to a new level with Daniel. It’s more gritty, more down and dirty.”

as to getting married, daniel has said that it would happen after the filiming of the bond film in a a very private ceremony. since he has managed to keep his personal life private i would not be surprised if they are not already married

- she doesn’t work; she doesn’t have the papers to do so in the UK.
- she was not a producer; she was a production assistant (aka on-set gopher…)
- Daniel has never said they were engaged or getting married. In fact, he told the press he didn’t feel the need to disclose his status to them, so he hasn’t.
- You may see less of her this Bond cycle. He’s supposedly trying to keep her out of the press & paps photos because apparently the general public has not ‘warmed’ to her as his significant other….and doesn’t mind aggressively saying so online. (Can you blame us?)
- She rarely smiles in photos, and if anyone had a reason to smile, it’s her — what are the odds that somebody who looks like her could snag somebody who looks like him? She ought to be beaming.

People get married and have babies all the time……sometimes they are in love and sometimes they are not. Why does it matter how Daniel and Satsuki feel, or if they are married or not, and if she is ugly or not? according to my uncle and cousin here’s how it generally works. as of april 2003,
for the case of satsuki mitchell: she will fall the under the section entitled “Fiancé/e of an UK Citizen” of the Immigration Act of
Great Britain. this is assuming that she is indeed engaged to marry daniel craig.
You must intend to live together permanently with your future spouse once you are married
You will not be permitted to work in the UK on the fiance/e visa, HOWEVER; You should apply for a marriage visa from within the UK when you are married, and will then be eligible to work freely in the UK. the act DOES NOT say that british citizenship is a requirement for a work permit under the marriage visa. once the permit is issued then he/she will be eligible under british law to health care etc etc.
now assuming that they are not engaged; ie common law
you will have to show that any previous relationship whether in marriage or as an unmarried couple has ended.
they have will have to prove that they have been living together for at least two years in a relationship similar to marriage. they will need to provide documentary evidence confirming that they have been living together for this time.
If you have been together for less than four years you are granted a visa for a probationary period of two years. If you are still living together at the end of two years in the UK permanent residence (properly known as indefinite leave to remain) will usually be granted.

it sounds easy but it can be time consuming which is why the top firms in great britain and film productions companies have their own in house lawyers expert in dealing the immigration law.

Its none of our business what Daniel and Sats do. To me they make a lovely couple who obviously love one another very much. daniel has always struck me as being very insecure, nervous and not at all comfortable with all the press. he obviously likes being bond but not the publicity tours that go with the role. i think that he would like nothing better than to make the films then hide away from everyone. satsuki is the person who keeps him grounded and secure on that bond circuit.

They married in the US and is now celebrating with friends that could not be there. I saw them in London yesterday and they look extremely happy. Satsuki looks like a glowing new bride and Daniel was all smiles.

There are two reasons, in this case, that if a marriage has taken place and no news has come out on it, super iron clad confidentiality agreements are in force and anyone saying anything will be sued to high heaven or a marriage hasn’t happened.

It would depend on where Daniel and Satsuki choose as their primary residence. He has one month to register her in the UK to obtain a spouse visa so she can work however since she has been his fiancee for sometime it’s possible she has a fiancee visa and has been able to work. If the US will now recognize them as married so in the event of a breakup she has rights but she has had rights under the UK laws as a wife becasue of her common law status.
so in the event of a divorce say, depending on a pre nup, she will have monetary rights in the US as well as the UK? I have someone in the same position thats why I would like to know.
Again it will depend on primary residence and where they file for divorce. If filed in the UK then UK laws govern if they file in the US then US law governs

think about it for a moment. since the filming of Qos ended Daniel has essentially been on holidays with satsuki. he spent time in LA and in Portland with her family and friends.so any photos taken of the two of them were taken by the press in what are normal everyday moments. just like the press gets photos of other celebrities doing what they do normally. so, of course, these photos were not planned.
as to the premiere of pineapple express; the two of them chose to go to a film that was just opening. they got photographed together; big deal. many celebrities go to the opening of films that they’re not in and get photographed goes with the territory.
as to the planned celeb photo ops; they won’t take place until the round of red carpet affairs for both Qos and Defiiance take place. and then, unfortunately for you, satsuki will be photographed at daniel’s side on the red carpet. you may not like it but since when does your personal opinion mean anything to daniel. and as for “ugly woman with a gorgeous man, and you hardly ever see that. I think what’s so puzzling to me about Sats is she (with either her own or Daniel’s money) can afford a good stylist - so there should be no reason for such a dramatic swing in her appearance. I know that even celebrities and/or their significant others can have bad days/nights but it seem that sometimes I’m looking at two different women. She can be stunning with dress/makeup appropriate (FOAF premiere) and other times horrendous (GC premiere). Most of the time she’s a mixed bag - great clothes (bad or no makeup/hair) or great makeup/hair (bad clothes). I just wish she would look stunning in all the public appearances. Now the casual paparazzi shots I could care less - that’s her and Daniel’s private time.
But I think it’s just human nature to want to see “good-looking” people (read entertainment) together… my Mom always thought that Paul Newman could do better than Joanne Woodward. But hey, she made him happy…

I would add another possible reason - I obviously don’t know Daniel (or Sats) personally, but just maybe she might be the one to put up with him… if you get my drift? Didn’t he have the “affair” with Miller while he was still seeing her? If that was the case, she took him back and has been there through the two Bond films (and other films) with him.
Of course, you can look at that three ways 1) she’s a good hearted forgiving person, 2) she’s a fool and should have dumped him for cheating on her, or 3) she needs him as much as he needs her for what Lou lover mentioned.

A lot of sexual tension more so than with Ms Kidman.
I actually rate Clive Owen as an actor but i don’t see him as Bond, as for Cavill to be honest i don’t know him. I think that Kidman doesn’t have any sexual chemistry full stop, but Angelina, she has it by the bucket load!!
