David Archuleta Has A Crush On You

Former American Idol contestant David Archuleta debuts his new single “Crush” with Elvis Duran and the Morning Show at Z100 studios in New York City on Friday morning. He was accompanied by his manager father Jeff.

The chorus goes, “Do you ever think, when you’re all alone, all that we can be, where this thing can go? Am I crazy or falling in love, is it really just another crush?”

David’s debut album is due out in November.

I’m a David Cook fan, not at all an Archie fan (until now) and I’m convinced that any commenter who says they didn’t enjoy this song either A) Didn’t even listen to the whole thing or B) Loves it and won’t admit it. Seriously, this is absolutely #1 hit material, and probably the only song that I’ve heard lately that actually DESERVES it. Congrats Archie, I have a feelin he’ll win over many others too with this.

Congratulations David!!!! You are such a talented kid. My whole family loves you! Can’t wait for your album to come out. I can’t wait to listen to the rest of the songs in the album. You will go far David, with all your qualities - talent, charm, good looks, humility and more. What’s not to love with this kid? Haters will always be haters, we can’t do anything about it. It’s either they will come to love David or they won’t. But you know what, who cares! There’s like millions of people who love this kid already because he doesn’t just sings, he change lives. So sorry to all the haters, it’s your lost, not mine, not David’s. He will be successful with all these fans who are already crazy about him. He doesn’t need you haters for him to be able to be successsful. He’s getting there!

Most sites have the wrong lyrics for the chorus. You have listed
“Am I crazy or falling in love, is it really just another crush?”

but it sounds to me like he is saying

“Am I crazy or falling in love, is it REAL OR just another crush?”
