David Archuleta Has A Crush On You
Former American Idol contestant David Archuleta debuts his new single “Crush” with Elvis Duran and the Morning Show at Z100 studios in New York City on Friday morning. He was accompanied by his manager father Jeff.
The chorus goes, “Do you ever think, when you’re all alone, all that we can be, where this thing can go? Am I crazy or falling in love, is it really just another crush?”

David, you blow us all away! Randy was right- you can sing the phone book! This song is very catchy and radio-friendly, which is what you wanted. It’s got just enough speed and variety to keep the attention of both young and old (which is me), and I love the soul feel that only you can add. Right on, Archie! This should be hit!

ZzzZZzZZz.. I got exactly what I expected - a tacky lyrical, bubble-gum 17 year old cheesy love song. I’m sorry, but I don’t like it at all, it doesn’t do anything for me whatsoever. David Archuleta has one of the greatest voices I’ve ever heard, and he’s only 17! This song is really good, and I think everyone can relate to it. He will go far and will be successful. There’s no doubt about that.

I listened to it yesterday pretty much all day and today and I love it. Way to go David. It’s a definite buy for me. Can’t wait for the album to come out this fall. We are in for a treat.
This is a great song by the talented Mr. Archuleta. It has good lyrics, showcases his voice, and has a great pop/R&B sound.

I’m an older woman, and I like this song. It has a great melody, and you can understand the words. I liked both Archuleta and Cook on American Idol. I hope they are both successful. Archuleta is definitely on his way!

male fan here, I had to put ear plugs in my ears when I went to the concert with a friend to the AI tour concert in Pittsburgh. I took them out and started jumping around screaming myself, wow! that guy has some vocals, I came thinking it would be a miserable experience, left a huge David Archuleta fan, can’t wait for his cd and yes, Crush will be a hit.
