OlderNikki Blonsky Arrested!!!!!
Hairspray star Nikki Blonsky and her father, Carl, were arrested Wednesday after fighting with a woman at Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos.
A staffer at the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force confirmed their arrests to Us Weekly.
Ew, she’s got cooties!!!!
Nikki has been busy recording her debut album. “It’s something I really want to nurture,” the 19-year-old actress has said. “My album will probably be a mix of Stevie Nicks, Melissa Etheridge, and Sheryl Crow meets a little Linda Eder. You can expect everything from horns to electric guitars, a mix of big band with a bit of rock-n-roll.”
She added, “Unlike a movie, it’s not written for you, so I want to make sure it’s something that really comes from my heart. When I’m ready to release it, you bet I’ll be releasing it in style.”
UPDATE: Nikki was fighting with former America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden, reports TMZ. Nikki was saving five seats for her family in a lounge, and Bianca’s family wanted to sit. Both sides of the family then proceeded to yell and curse at each other. One member of the Golden team actually bit Nikki’s foot!!!! Ouch.

Why do you guys hate Nikki so much just because she is not like a size ) like the rest of hollywood does not make her a bad person. Ok she got into a fight but even the saintest of people can be provoked. Nikki still rocks.

I feel sorry for her and all the people involved but not for her fans. They had a field day with Vanessa’s scandal and were happy that Vanessa was facing media scrutiny in the US while Zac was promoting HS with Nikki.
It’s interesting that the day we hear Vanessa is presenting at the TCAs and will be attending with Zac and the day the very hot Zashnessa pics are released is the day we hear of Nikki’s arrest, just as V’s scandal erupted when she was in Aussie with Zac for HS premiere.
This is nemesis/fate/God, call it what you will. What goes round comes back. Rejoice at other’s downfall and yours is waiting around the corner.
Vanessa has recovered and her life goes on. She’s been credited with handling her scandal with class and maturity. She’s survived it and her relationships and career are stronger and better for it.
The same fans that crucified Vanessa are trying to defend Nikki’s arrest. It doesn’t wash.
Anybody with class would walk away from a fight no matter how provoked. Sweet smiles on the red carpet does not signify a sweet personality. Situations like this show the real person behind the public image.
Nikki will get through this, hopefully a better person and less brash and forward. By then, I also hope her fans would realise that EVERYONE has failings which might someday be revealed and think twice before bashing others who find themselves in vulnerable positions such as their idol is in now.
Nikki should be hiding her face! She should be extremely embarrarsed and ashamed. That was definitely an immature thing of her to do, what she did should NOT be supported. Shame on her.

Maybe now Nikki and Zikki fans will think twice about what awful things they say about Vanessa. It’s not as much fun when you’re on the receiving end.
Nikki will pull through this, stronger than before and will hopefully appear more grown up and mature. I can’t say the same for her fans, however.

Nikki’s father, Carl Blonsky, and Bianca’s mother, Eleine Golden, were also allegedly involved in the fight. Bianca’s mother was airlifted to Florida with a head injury, and Miami CBS affiliate WFOR reports that she is currently being cared for in the ICU of a Florida hospital. Mr. Blonsky was charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm and is currently being held at a Turks and Caicos jail where he will remain until August 8.

If her family wasn’t there to sit with her too bad, she should have moved her luggage, clearly she thought she was too “good” to move her fat ass for other paying customers. Also, I hope her father gets the maximum sentence permitted. As a man, why would you ever beat on a woman (a stranger, no less) so badly that she requires a stay in an ICU??? What does this have to do with Vanessa Hudgens? This girl has been abused verbally by many fans when she did all the promos with Efron because of her size and their obvious close friendship.
Now she has some real trouble and all you want to do is say good for her she’s getting what she deserves. This is a terrible turn of events for her and her family as well as the other parties involved.
