Poor judgement in Vanessa’s case yes, the same poor judgement you’d expect from any teen at that age, but I hardly think “poor judgement” would hold up as a defence for Nikki! Gross mishandling of a situation, serious disregard and lack of respect for another human being would be better suited in her situation.

It really bugs me that people are trying to compare Nikki and Vanessa. I really don’t think Vanessa should be mentioned in this thread.

It does also bother me that people think this is a time for jokes, someone is lying in hospital in a critical condition! Our thoughts and prayers should be with that person and their family.

Nikki will get through this fall of disgrace. The media and non-fans of her unfortunate issue will be on the celebrities news at the most 2 months, because she was not in a movie that is Disney production. Look at Jamie Lynn Spears getting pregnant at 16 years of age, and the media and non-fans didn’t stay on her issue that long, more like 1 months.

Only stars that are on Disney TV and movie productions will be boardcasted, never be forgotten or forgiven and bashed by non-fans for their entire life.

Nikki will get through this and also be forgotten by the world real short time, unless she has to serve 2 years jail time. Because of her celebrity status, the court system might just drop it or drop to lesser charge with paying a fine and serving community services.

She will be fine and continue moving on with her career in entertainment.

A woman is in ICU because Nikki and her father prefer to pound someone so that LV bags can have seats and you are not concerned.

An accusation of racial abuse has been made but that doesn’t concern you.

Leave other stars out of it. How do you know Vanessa fans are the ones calling Nikki fat. I am not a Vanessa fan but this is wrong by any account and neither Nikki or her fans are showing any remorse.

Call a spade a spade, Nikki and her father were wrong and have disgraced our country and her colleagues.

She went to that country for a festival to promote HS, a racially themed movie. Now she’s back again to racially insult residents over airport seats and send one of them to intensive care and what is bothering you is the tween stage.

You are the pathetic one. The woman in ICU can die for all you people care as long as Nikki’s career is salvaged. That’s why we are hated as a country outside our borders.

Both Bianca Golden, her family and Nikki and her family must be going through both an extremely physically and emotionally draining time right now. The most recent news I read is that Nikki posted bail at $6,000 and was charged with ABH along with Bianca while Carl remains in jail pending a August 8th hearing on a GBH charge. It has to be scary and indeed embarrassing for all involved, Bianca and her mother included. Bianca already had a reputation as prickly and argumentative from ANTM, although she had mellowed some by the end of the season so I’m sure she had no wish to be associated with this kind of incident either. There is never any excuse for violence but it seems from the few details we have that it was a minor incident that escalated with raised tempers and parents getting involved in what was essentially their kids argument.

Nikki and Bianca are the same age, 19, it seems possible that somehow or other they got into a argument over seats…I can see some baggage tug of war being involved, I read in another report that Bianca tried to move the bags Nikki had left on the seats to save them? Perhaps Nikki tried to get them back off her and they got into a scuffle? Maybe both parents tried to intervene and things out of hand? Whatever the reason are how it spiralled out of hand there is NO excuse for violence and especially racial abuse IF the reports are true.

The main issue here will be two things. One regardless of how or why it happened, if the reports are correct, one person sustained at least minor injuries while another ended up in hospital with major head trauma. No one has anything to be proud of here. If you do the crime there must be recompense and remorse. The second is…what is the truth? We don’t know without direct statements from those involved or reliable eye witness reports but the biggest test will be in how they deport themselves throughout the ensuing publicity. Nikki’s fans have long talked of Nikki’s poise in dealing with the media and here will lie one of her hardest tasks to date. It’s irritating yes that the same websites who said they couldn’t report on Nikki before this because she wasn’t deemed newsworthy enough are now reporting this story with glee (yes Gossip Girls and TMZ I’m looking at you) but that is unfortunately the nature of reportage and indeed celebrity. Bad news will always outweigh all the good you do. I’m sure Nikki will come through this with the support of her family, friends and her fans. I hope Mrs Golden recovers fully and sustains no further injury and that her family and Bianca‘s fans likewise support her. Let us hope there has been a lesson learned by all involved and while there will always be those that judge, let us remember that those in glass houses cannot throw stones.

i will say i am a pround nikki fan but i was discusted ,shocked, and speechless,with this i would never think of nikki getting into a fight, but both sides were wrong and we do not know what happened for sure.nikki carl and Bianca are at risk of some jail time. but im crossing my fingers that they will have to pay a fine or do some classes for nikki. im guessing that nikki was poilet about the whole holding seats for her family at first but if ppl watched americas next top model with bianca she was the drama starter on the show that was rude and made false comments toards ppl that have dissibilities or that were different.again i am shocked discusted and not happy to see someone i thought was nice happy go luckey kind of girl and had things going for her .untill this happened but im still on her side.so we don’t really know whats going to happen but i wish her the best.and hopfully this whole sitution will come clean soon.they will probly have more info this week ! so again im praying for both familys and of course nikki

Good Lord the people on this site are brutal. I was there departing when I heard the commotion and walked over to see what was going on. The whole story has been so erroneously reported it sickens me. The media has done this young woman and her family a grave injustice by reporting false statements and sensationalized details.

It is unfortunate that models sometimes tend to be…highstrung. That is one reason I don’t ever like those type shows as they are rather stuck on themselves and I really didn’t have to see the show or Bianca to figure she probably had an attitude of “it’s all about me”. HOWEVER, I don’t care how much someone is pushed, if racial slurs started flying there is no excuse for that and it shows what is truly in the heart of that person who uses those kinds of terms. PLUS, no matter how the Golden family might have been snotty or smug or whatever other kind of personality trait that irritates another person, there is no excuse that Ms Golden ended up in a hospital ICU. That wasn’t made up for publicity. She didn’t do that to herself and I’m sure her daughter didn’t do it to her. This is a very unfortunate situation for both the Goldens and the Blonskys. The girls are just starting out on their careers and now have to be seen as divas. Being women, this will be a very hard “tag” for them to escape.

Just went through the posts and I totally agree with Naomi’s and Karen’s comments. You couldn’t have put it better.

However, there is no need for name calling here. Calling Nikki all those unsavoury names is being just plain mean and malicious. Totally uncalled for. I should think by now, Nikki and her family will have learnt a costly lesson. She still is talented but could do with anger management. Anyway, I wish her the best and hopefully, Bianca’s mom makes a full recovery.
