excuse me Sara. I missed prounced one letter in the song. So then you just assume that i’m not a DJ, that’s sort of messed up. So I misspelled. Never happen to you. Anyway, I was saying in my other post, Vanessa could careless what you guys say about her. So if you say she is *****. Goes in one ear out the other. She has nothing else on her mind then to wonder, if her haters are going to hate her. if you agree fine, if you don’t fine with me.

You have Vanessa’s mom’s quote wrong. Her mom said, “Anyone can be naked” She didn’t say “WHY CAN’T anyone be naked?” Also, when Zac said what he did in Rolling Stone he was still trying to keep his relationship with Vanessa from exploding onto TV news and gossip pages like it eventually did. The relationship had just been exposed by those Hawaiian pics and Zac was still trying to play it down and keep it as private as he could so then he moved on to the subject of Ashley to try to make it seem that Vanessa was a friend like Ashley. At that time we saw a lot of pap pics being shot of not just Zac and Vanessa on the streets of LA but Ashley was often with them. And I think that happened so the paps wouldn’t focus on Zac and Vanessa as an “item”. Yes, they were a little naive in their approach to keep their relationship on the QT but they had no idea at that time the sensation or interest they were going to generate.

Those of you who think Zac and Vanessa contradict what they say about keeping their relationship private and then have pics like this done? Seeing pictures of them together in a photoshoot and seeing candids of them shopping together, etc, is way different than them sitting down telling an interviewer what their life together is like behind closed doors. THAT is the things they are not going to talk about—-you know, like “When are the two of you getting married?” or “Does he snore?” or well…I think you know what I mean, don’t you? That kind of information is totally different and is private.

Those who don’t understand these photos in the Elle photo shoot? They are suppose to be provocative.

um interesting. Sorry but I hate the yellow dress and the second last and last pictures were too……..I don’t know wat to say but I didn’t like the last 2.

Karen, so true! I love that particular picture. I think, though, that they intentionally made her pose that way i.e as in the shadow or a third wheel.
Her dog covers part of her outfit and while Z and V had plain bright outfits that made them stand out, hers was patterned to blend into the background. Her blank look is all part of ‘we can’t distinguish her from the posters on the wall’.

I don’t think anybody should take offence. It’s not supposed to be their real life situations, it’s a creative slant to the shoot and if the three of them have no objections, we shouldn’t.

these comments are ridiculous. obviously this photo shoot with elle is part of hsm3 promotions. i mean the accompanying article is mostly about the movie! it doesn’t even mention zac and vanessa’s relationship except for the fact that fans call them “zanessa.”

second, as with any photo shoot for fashion magazines, there is always some sort of theme involved. as another person noted, it seems very much like a telling of a 50s love triangle. just like their other acting roles, they were given parts to play and followed what the artistic director/photographer wanted. the pictures aren’t a reflection of their personal lives.

These photos are great promo i think!! It will def get the older crowd of HSM 3 ready! as many people have already noted this theme of the photo shoot is the love triangle. As is a theme in HSM too. Ashley is there to act as Sharpay and yet she can’t ever get in between Zac and Vanessa. Even though some of her poses are a little awkward but thats how the photographer posed her. In the last photo with Zac and the Tiz its a total Sharpay pose you know? She is the queen and Zac is like why are you doing this? she is in control of everything. V looks a lot more mature than Gabriella but again that is the theme of the shoot. Personally i think that this shoot was very well made but the creative team at Elle! and really must we all hate on them? they are just doing their job this is promo for HSM3 not for Zanessa. Even though you can see the chemistry you can still tell they are in their characters only for a more older crowd :)
