Zac & Vanessa Heat Up Elle Magazine
On-and-off-screen couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens heat up the pages of Elle magazine’s September 2008 issue with Jessica Simpson on the cover. On stands now!
Their BFF, Ashley Tisdale, is also featured in the photo spread. She explains why it took two entire films for singing jock Troy Bolton (Efron) and crooning mathlete Gabriella Montez (Hudgens) to finally lock lips on-screen. The Tizz shared, “The Disney Channel has done movies where the guy and girl kiss, but Kenny thought it would be really nice if you didn’t actually see that. It left fans saying, ‘Wait, we have to see them kiss!’ ”

You are right, Kaylah never learns. Apparently she is intent to PROVE she is immature and clueless. Kaylah, instead of using that old worn out terminology of “their so fake” why don’t you use some brain power and explain to the readers WHAT it is that makes them fake?? Are they made up to look like someone else? Are they wearing masks? Prosthesis of some kind? OR do you say some vague thing like that because you don’t like them and want to be rude and all you know to say is something you read someone else had written a dozen times?

Karen, Let’s face it , this Kaylah is still a kid and as far as I’m concerned, she’s just shutting her ears to reason and wants to do what ever she wants just like a naughty kid sticking her tongue out. Because she is in cyberspace, she thinks she can do anything she wants ,curse and swear. Well, I pity her parents as they are most likely unaware of what their daughter is up to and it is like knocking on wood with her.
Go kaylah i totally agree they are ugly and the other thing you said go girl.
Megan, why don’t you set up your own rah,rah club, namely, the FUGLY DISSING SUPPORTERS CLUB and if you can garner enough support go set up a blog dedicated to just that.

i’ve lived in 4 countries in my life time (remember only 16) i was born in england moved to america (Long beach, LA) when i was 2 lived there till i was 7, moved to singapore from the age of 7-11, then australia from the age of 11-13. And now im back in england with an American Dad and English Mum. AND MY POINT IS ALL OVER THE WORLD PEOPLE WOULD SAY YOU 50 YEAR OLDS SHOULD NO BETTER AND THE FACT U SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH IT IS VERY DISTURBING.
At least if i follow zac and vanessa’s career they’ll still only be 3-4 years older than me but, i think its safe to say if u are okay dream, thinking, comtemplating on zanessa at ur age you have a problem.
The problem with you zan fan is YOU don’t know any better because although you have lived all these different places—did you speak to people about such things when you were 2? and I don’t know what that has to do with your rant—you are still wet behind the ears and are totally immature in what you say. Do you look at someone like Brad Pitt and go hummmm…or even Orlando Bloom which is someone who is suppose to appeal to someone your age but at this point is way too old for you??? You have a lot to learn little girl.
And BTW, zanfan, if you go to many of the most popular blogs and fansites for Vanessa or Zac or even Ashley you will, to your chagrin, find that many of the posters on those sites are over 30. 40, and are even 50. You see, we have learned what is attractive and fun at all those ages and you have not. Apparently you don’t know how to communicate with anyone who is over 30—that is your loss as you could learn SOOO much. So, you are going to be a very busy little girl, not to mention how dispisable you will seem, if you intend to try to put some kind of guilt trip on those you think are not the appropriate age to be there.
You know, Zac and Vanessa have not gotten where they are right now by only having fans who are between the ages of 9 and 19. They are maturing and are trying to go on to bigger and better things so they need to appeal to the “old” folks as well as tweens and teens. Do you think it bothers them when people like Vanessa Williams speaks out and says she is a fan of theirs? Do you think they are insulted when someone like Kevin Bacon voices their admiration for them? Those people are way up there in years too. We admire them, defend them, and back them. We didn’t say we wanted to do something immoral with them. Many of us might use the old expression of “if only I was 10-20 years younger…” but that is not being someone who has wrong intentions. If you live and learn long enough—which I hope you do—you will learn these things. In 30 years when you hear a 16 year old talking like you have now, you will want to give them a good slap for being so snotty.

Zan Fan, my dear, for a 16 yr old, you do have an attitude problem. and Karen, my advice is to ignore this little upstart who has been very badly brought up, in my opinion. Not worth knocking sense into this creature’s head from whence he/she came from.
It just shows how ignorant you are of Zac and Vanessa and you know absolutely nothing about them except from the gossip news. You don’t even know what sort of fans they have and what their appeal is to the older fans. And I’m not going to waste my time explaining to you. Full stop. #514 I stayed quiet until now but I just don’t understand why someone who goes by the screenname “zan fan” is ATTACKING other fans. Do you really thing Zac and Vanessa only want people their age or younger to be their fans?
Of course not. They want to actually have careers in the industry. Which means they want to have longativity. The way to achieve that is appeal to people in ALL age groups. The number of fans that are older then then their teens shows that that they do indeed have that appeal that’s a good thing.

Several years ago when Haley Joel Osment (sp?) burst onto the screen in The Sixth Sense everyone was loving him and A-list actors were asking him if he would be in movies with them. I don’t think he was turned off by the attention even though some of these people were old enough to be his parent.

And dont get me wrong i do really love zanessa but it became an unheathly obsession which began to freak out my sister and my friends. If they died i wouldnt leave my room for a long time.

#521 You say you love Zanessa fine. Why can’t you just accept the fact that people older then they are love them to? There is no age limit on being a fan of something. That’s the point that everybody is trying to get across to you.
And trust me Zac and Vanessa are far more likely to be pleased to see that they have so many older fans then they are to be “weirded out” by it. Because as I said before the more they appeal to people of ALL ages the longer their careers are likely to last. And that’s something ALL fans want to see happen.

zan fan, there is no age limit to being a fan of anyone. Like troy said, it’s good for them to have a fan base of all ages, because when they have movies come out that are NOT Disney, they will have people who want to see them, and not just really young kids. It’s a wise career move. THink of all the teen stars, who were plastered all over TeenBeat, and those mags, and didn’t make it once they got older. One reason for that is that they did not have fans once they weren’t cool to teens anymore!!! Teen Idols come and go……..Zac and Vanessa want to go further than that in their careers.
So stop freaking out………..we’re all good, young and old!!!
I just wanted to say one more thing about this bizarre “Zac and Vanessa are just for teens” idea some people seem to have. To appeal to just one fanbase is the WORST thing that could happen to any actor or singer. Especially if that fan base is teens because their tastes change so quickly and they always seem to be the first to move on to the next big thing.
I consider myself to be a conniessur of pop culture and I occasionally glance at teen mags just to keep up on whose hot right now. At this time cast of “HSM” were plastered all over the cover of every magazine every month. This year its the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. Next year it will be somebody else. I’m not saying those people will no longer be popular I’m just saying they won’t be as new and interesting to teens.
Then again how could you people even look at their faces it’s soo ugly.
Whatever, Ashlene. You just don’t appreciate a gorgeous couple, and a couple who REALLY love each other too. How rare.
