Ashlene, I think you just want to fight or you are the most immature 18 year old I’ve ever heard of. I feel sorry for your boyfriend. If your relationship has no potential why are you bothering with it—just to have something to do—just so you can say you have a teen love? How do you know what the future holds there? When do you think is the right time to find true love? None of us know what tomorrow holds and you just may miss the best thing in your life if you are judging everything by age. I sure go sox will not mind me saying how she met her husband of over 30 years now when she was 16 or 17! She didn’t marry him then but they married after they went to college—separate colleges at that! Sometimes you do meet your true love when you are young. Sometime it is later in life. The great actor Charleston Heston married when he was 19 years old and it was the first girl he ever dated! It was long before he became the sex symbol from Ben Hur and great masterpieces like The Ten Commandments. He and his wife were married for 64 years before he died last year. She was also an actress but gave it up after he became a big star. So, not everything is just a teenage love. And how dare you say it is all for show. Do you think you could pretend to be in love with a boy for 3 years, going on Hawaiian and Caribbean vacations, being with each other everyday, etc, if there wasn’t something there? How do we know YOUR teen love is not all for show? Do you know how childish your comments sound—-the “most ugliest” kids, who want to see that? You know perfectly well how many people would love to see that. SO, that is why I think you are full of it and trying to just rile people up and get a reply. You don’t even deserve a response .

And frankly, sweetie, you do know that your opinion of Zac and Vanessa is none of YOUR business, don’t you? After all, you made it anybody’s business when you came on this board and started talking about you and your boyfriend ’s relationship and making comparisons to Zac and Vanessa. And you still sound childish.

Ashlene, us OLDIES know about love. I’ve been married for nearly 25 years. I was 18 once myself. It was during the “sexual revolution” so I know what “hot” young love is as well as what it is like at 25, 35, 45…at a lot of different ages and you don’t. And believe me, love and sex is no different than it has ever been. Nobody has come up with a new way to fall in love or do anything in regards to it since time began. That is why we who have been around know more than you will know for a very long time and we see and remember in our own lives what Zac and Vanessa have going on in their lives right now. If you don’t want to believe it then fine but quit protesting so much in using such childish speech. I would hope you do think your boyfriend is hotter than Vanessa’s and as Boji said, it is the teens and media that gave them the name Zanessa. As you can see the older posters on this board always refer to them as Zac and Vanessa, never Zanessa. We know they are not one and the same person.

Ashlene, don’t assume you’re more mature and responsible than us; you don’t know us at all. Maturity shows in the way you speak.

When you talk trash, the way you did, you show a certain ‘immaturity’. If you were older and wiser and kinder, you wouldn’t go saying stuff like, ” my boyfriend is wayyyyy hotter than Vanessa’s”, “so whatever loser”, “stupid fans of stupid Zanessa”, “they will have the most ugliest kid” , etc. You show your age saying all that……

We don’t care if you don’t like Vanessa or Zac, and honestly, they don’t care what you think either. When you’re older, you’ll realize not everyone has YOUR taste and YOUR opinions. Respect that, and move on. You’re not going to change anyone’s mind.
