Zac & Vanessa Heat Up Elle Magazine
On-and-off-screen couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens heat up the pages of Elle magazine’s September 2008 issue with Jessica Simpson on the cover. On stands now!
Their BFF, Ashley Tisdale, is also featured in the photo spread. She explains why it took two entire films for singing jock Troy Bolton (Efron) and crooning mathlete Gabriella Montez (Hudgens) to finally lock lips on-screen. The Tizz shared, “The Disney Channel has done movies where the guy and girl kiss, but Kenny thought it would be really nice if you didn’t actually see that. It left fans saying, ‘Wait, we have to see them kiss!’ ”

Lol, I love the whole theme of the shoot. The last picture is hilarious. Elle did such an excellent job. Vanessa is smoking in picture 4, and picture 7 is so alluring, and finally picture 10 might just be the best of the bunch! I never really cared for Tisdale. My initial reaction is due to Zac and Vanessa. At first I thought this was the first shoot in which they, from their real lives, were getting cozy! I was like “Wow, omg! They put it out there now!” But no, it’s their characters, but still, great chemistry.
