OlderEd Westwick: Teen Choice Awards, Here I Come!
Gossip Girl’s resident bad boy Ed Westwick arrives at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon after a flight from Chicago.
The 21-year-old British actor is in town for the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. He was nominated in the category of “Breakout Star Male” and is up against costar Chace Crawford, The Jabbawockeez (America’s Best Dance Crew), Thomas Dekker (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles) and Zachary Levi (Chuck).
Ed is also up for “Choice TV Villain” against Michael Rosenbaum (Smallville), Spencer Pratt (The Hills), Vanessa Williams (Ugly Betty), and Zachary Quinto (Heroes).
Mr. Westwick should definitely win “Breakout Star Male” but “Choice TV Villian” is a bit tougher. Who have you been voting for???

Ok. wow… what is he winning for??? I surely didn’t vote for him… he has such a horrible attitude and is really ugly and looks so self-centered.. he’s only there probably to pick up the award for gossip girl.. otherwise i dont see him winning anything.

I like Chace and all, but Ed is definitely the most talented actor of the guys. He has chemistry with EVERYONE he has a scene in because he’s just THAT good. So he deserves to be breakout male. Its a crime that he wasn’t nominated in the best actor category…like are you kidding me? Who’s deciding these nominees?!
I didn’t vote for him as choice villain because he’s not one. I think the guy who eats brains or whatever on Heroes is a tad more evil than Chuck, no? Chuck’s not a bad guy!
