Gossip Girl Couch Potatos
The cast of Gossip Girl (sans Ed Westwick) lounges around like couch potatoes on a sofa at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards held at Gibson Amphitheater on Sunday in Los Angeles.
Chace Crawford, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Blake Lively and Mr. Westwick have six more reasons to say OMG. They picked up SIX surfboards at the TCAs for Choice TV Show Drama, Choice TV Breakout Show, Choice TV Actress Drama (Lively), Choice TV Breakout Star Female (Lively), Choice TV Breakout Star Male (Crawford) and Choice TV Villain (Westwick).
“I feel like I’m still a teenager because I’m perpetually in high school,” Chace said in the press room after winning for Choice Breakout Star. “And I’m 23.”
Congrats to the cast of Gossip Girl!

I SOOOOOOOOO agreee with “Leighton”- would that show even HAPPEN if Blaire wasn’t there causing ruckus? She should have received choice villian, not Ed! He’s a bad boy, but more like a spoiled, selfish **** who throws a tantrum when he doesn’t get what he wants.
I like Blake Lively but she’s not the meat&potatoes of the show, IMHO. But she has been “working” longer than the rest of them.
Besides, she’s soooo.. not pretty. I like her, I want her to be, she’s definitly “interesting”looking, but if she weren’t hollywood- she’d be NOT pretty.
Also, Dan is hot & I LOVE that he was a virgin (until Serena)- and he’s the only one on the show with a moral conscience, And to me, that’s sexy.
Bad girls & boys are more fun, but only the rich people get away with that forever. Besides, honesty&integrity is something I still find sexy. I realize I’m probably the only one.

Penn ugly? What a joke. He just dresses down a lot. Maybe if he put on a ton of make up like his gf or borrowed Chace’s flat iron then he wouldn’t be called plain or unattractive so often.

Where was Taylor Momsen, as I recall she is part of the cast. They had that Jessica Szohr there and she wasn’t even part of the full cast till half way through the season! Don’t get me wrong I odn’t mind her but I think Taylor should have been there too. Maybe she was busy with filming or something!

Where is Ed Westwick and Taylor Momsen?
Anyways the earlier comment # 11, about the overrated and underrated list it should have been:
Ed-Underrated
Leighton-Underrated
Penn-Underrated
Blake-Overrated
Chace-Overrated
Taylor-(she’s young but from how she balances her character personality it shows that she can improve over time, she just need to work harder.)
Chace should have been replaced by Ed and they should have added Taylor in the pic too.
Penn looks more like his squinting his eyes than being purposely arrogant. The angle of the pics and due to his face structure also gives him the appearance of boredom.
Ed deserves his award his been working hard in portrayal of Chuck and I agree with most of the comments Leighton should have received an award instead of Blake.
