OlderMary-Kate Comments On Heath Ledger’s Death
Mary-Kate Olsen claims she doesn’t know where Heath Ledger got the drugs that killed him, her attorney says in a statement.
MK, 22, believes she has already provided investigators with enough “relevant information” but the New York Post has reported she is refusing to talk to federal investigators about Heath’s death until she is granted immunity from prosecution.
Her lawyer Michael C. Miller said, “Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger’s home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them. Regarding the Government’s investigation, at Ms. Olsen’s request, we have provided the Government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger’s death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed. We don’t know the source of the information being quoted in the media regarding the Government’s inquiry, but these descriptions are incomplete and inaccurate.”

Cmon guys, justice should be served! For both Heath’s sake and his family, and IF mk is guilty of something or is hiding something, she should be responsible and just talk to the feds and take responsibility for whatever she did, that’s if she did it, they gotta sort this out to give heath’s family some peace and justice in all of this.

if the masseuse would’ve called 911 asap, there would’ve been a chance that he was still alive now!!!!!!! because they say she took 9 min. to call MK first!!!! 9 CRUCIAL MINUTES!!!!!!!! this makes me sooooooo mad!!!!! but after all, he’s probably better off where he is now! all my respect to him, for his great accomplishments!!! People talk about tragic deaths all the time…it does not matter if it was a celebrity or if it was someone who lived near you.
Its obvious that MK is abusing drugs, and for her asking to not be prosecuted before she gives them information, I think that is obvious
At any rate, she deserves attention for this, even if she did not give him drugs, she obviously knew he used them. What a horrible friend!! People like her make me sick! Dumb b*tch!

It was prescription drugs, and he didn’t take too much, it’s the mixture that killed him. The legist said it. It was an accident. She wouldn’t risk nothing for that. She fears more for the time that the masseuse took to call the emergency even if he was allready dead since a moment as they said. There is something not clear in this story. She should talk by respect for him and his family. They couldn’t make their mourning completly without that.
You don’t need ‘immunity’ if you have nothing to hide…period. If it is in fact true that he was suffering from severe back pain, as stated in an earlier comment, I find it very interesting that MK’s masseuse was the one who found him.. maybe she gave him a pain pill on the prior day in order to ease back pain before his massage? We’ll never know what really happened that day, so I feel bad for speculating.. but all I know is that if you have nothing to hide, you don’t need to seek ‘immunity’.
and, if MK really is into drugs and that is why she won’t talk to investigators about what happened to her friend Heath, then she should really think about the best way she can honor her friend–tell the truth, sober up and liver her life with the compassion and vibrancy that HL had.

Let me get this straight she sent her bodyguards to clean the apartment from drugs she provided, rather than getting Heath the help he needed and now she is refusing to talk to federal investigators about Heath’s death until she is granted immunity from prosecution??? Immunity is exemption from criminal prosecution or legal liability or punishment on certain conditions.
You know what this means…….it means she’s GUILTY…..I use to think she was a good actor and was kewl but after she started doing drugs and did this I hate her I really do I also hate that masseuse I mean come on now why are you going to call mary-kate not once but 4 times then call the police she also had something to do with it too.

No, i dont think she was involved- i think the media made more out what what really happen. the question was why did the maid called her and not 911. She didnt owe the apartment, she was not with him the night before, and she didnt ask for immunity the media broadcast that- that is why u have to becafeful what u hear or read unless it camefrom the State Attorney- the media tends stretch the truth-even will lie to get a story interest-
