Monique Coleman is a Spandex Star
High School Musical star Monique Coleman sports her spandex outfit in Los Angeles on Tuesday as she trains for the 2008 Nautica Malibu Triathlon.
The event will be held on Sept. 14 and benefits the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
The 27-year-old actress has also recently been involved in other charities, including America’s Second Harvest which helps to raise awareness of the significant increase in demand that foodbanks across the nation are going through.

I don’t know when they can afford nice wigs some celebrities choose to wear the obvious wig with no hairline. Those things don’t ‘breathe’. She’d be better off getting a perm and wearing her own hair. Hot combs works wonders. Unless, that is, if she’s bald.

Wow…you only hear about Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron when people talk about HSM (who don’t really do anything but travel all over the place and pose for cameras), but rarely about Monique Coleman. She is a positive role model for young people everywhere (especially young African-American women) because she’s physically fit and doing some good for the world. Go Monique!
I think Monique looks wonderful and she’s working for good causes . . . HOWEVER, I would just love it if she would lose that wig and wear her own hair. I just hate these wigs on young, black women. Wear your own hair. That’s being a role model, I think. (I’m talking to you too, Beyonce!!!)

SO STAGED. Who works out with there hair/weave down and in full makeup? And sunglasses that aren’t meant for sportswear? If she was really working out and these were actual candids, she would be sweating, her hair would be put up and those glasses would be sliding off her sweaty nose.
