I have to say that she is cute, because she’s a baby, but she sure isn’t beautiful.

Suri is a beautiful child but she looks so unhappy. She never smiles anymore and she doesn’t act like a normal 2 year old.

Katie was so pretty. What happened to her? She walks around like a robot and she never smiles. Her hair is too short and she dresses like a boy. So sad!

The bottle is a problem because it is rotting her teeth and will give her multiple dental problems in the future. Have you ever heard of “bottle mouth”? Don’t take the word of some commenters on a blog; try taking a look at what the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Dental Association have to say about bottles past the age of 18 months!

As for the autism issue, not one person has “diagnosed” Suri. One doesn’t need to be a “doctor” to make an observation — I see a lot of autism every single day thanks to having two children with it (and two neurotypical ones as well), and because I work with scores of autistic children as a special education teacher at the pre-school and elementary levels. I am *not* making a diagnosis, however, I can and do see, from hundreds of published pictures over the last 4-5 months, that Suri definitely displays some autistic *characteristics* and if she were a student of mine, I would suggest that she be evaluated by a developmental pediatrician who *can* give a definitive diagnosis, *if there is one*, and recommend a plan for early intervention and treatment, *if she needs it.*

I cannot tell whether Suri is Autistic or not, but I htink she must be a terribly boring and dull.

Suri is a beautiful child, with unusual, non cookie-cutter features. As someone else said before, she is going to be a stunner. The bottle thing, she is only still a tiny child. All these hideous dental/health problems being predicted, absolutely crazy. I live in Europe and kids use bottles till around 4 years, even at pre-school. So BIG DEAL! And prolonged use of sippy cups can cause SPEECH PROBLEMS in children…..

@ Barbie: No wonder Europeans have some of the worst teeth I’ve ever seen. :p

Prolonged use of bottles AND sippy cups are not recommended, but at least sippy cups are appropriate for toddlers; they intended as transitions to the regular cup.

I lived in Euroep ans I dont recall seeing any kids with bottles at age 6..Infact I worked with 2 year olds from several European countries and I dont recall anyone coming to play with a blanket and a bottle

Please dont speak on behalf of all Europeans..maybe the sect you are familiar with also engage in this kind of parenting where a kid is denied nothing..its called a SOCIAL PROBLEM..to the rest of us when a parent refuses to teach her kids how to respect rules etc..Paris Hilton is a social pest who will not be missed but by her family should she drop dead today…majority of her friends will probaly say good riddance and not bother to show at her funeral.
