Every time I come to Jen’s thread, I try so hard to understand. Let’s just say the “news” is correct. I don’t believe it anyway, until Jen and John announce it themselves..

Anyway, now that Jen has found somebody, loves him enough to agree to try second marriage. She decides to move on (I believe she did move on long time ago, other wise she would have not have boyfriends). Well, why is her boy friend or future husband compared with anybody, especially her ex-husband? Why does she want to have somebody who reminds her all the time about the past? It is a new life. Time to create something new!

Surely she has learned something from all these years!

I don’t know about any of you who post here, but I love Jen. I don’t want to compare Jen or John with anybody because everybody is bad and good in the same time on their own ways. Nobody is perfect, it doesn’t really matter how high or how low that we want to put them, they are just human, just like the rest of us. There is no angel walks on the earth. Sorry, it was just a hit, I didn’t know that, this is first time for me to post a comment on Aniston thread, I was told how imature and hateful Aniston fans are, so I just wanted to see that!

I have only been posting on these boards for the past couple of weeks while on vacation. I honestly think the hurt and trauma about the triangle is existing more in the mind of the fans than in the minds of any of the parties involved.

The press fuels this by never printing a story about Brad and Angie without printing a story about his past relationship with Anniston.

The press never prints a story about Jennifer, without referring to “the heartache”.

Most people are hurt by the break up of a marriage. Been there / Done that.

But if I was still hanging onto the hurt 3 and a half years later, I would ask someone to shoot me!

Honestly, Jennifer is a very pretty, successful woman with a strong support system who seems to have a lot more to keep her occupied than obsessing over the break up of her marriage.

As for Brad - He seems settled and content with his beautiful family.
Tired looking? Believe me any one who has had a baby had a few days looking like that!!!

Grey hair? Did you think he was in his forties without some grey?
He is not filming right now so he does not have to maintain it for a role.

i think you’re right about the dating for four months thing. the funny thing about “experts” on subjects like marriage is that they are not always right. they have been known to be wrong from time to time.

my father and mother married 12 weeks after they met to the day. that was 40 years and 7 children ago. they’re still together. my oldest brother and his wife married 16 weeks after they met to the day. that was 15 years and 4 children ago. they’re still together. on the other hand, the people who live next door to my parents are in the middle of what i call the divorce from “hell”. these two people could give lessons on what it means to have a nasty divorce. they met in university. they did what the so-called marriage experts suggest; dated each other for well over a year then got married. well guess what is happening after 9 years and three children later.

the amount of time jennifer and john know each other is not important. what is important is how these two people feel about each other. whether jennifer and john each believe that they are mature enough to handle the responsibility of marriage. and most importantly; whether they are willing to put the effort in to make it work.
