Lauren Conrad of The Hills heads out in casual sweats and a tank top as she grabs her morning iced drink from Coffee Bean and then stops by Whole Foods with a friend in Hollywood on Wednesday.
As she was leaving the store, she signed up for an environmental poll. After returning home, the 22-year-old actress headed for Runyon Canyon to walk her dog Chloe with co-star Lauren “Lo” Bosworth and another female friend.
Lauren has just been tapped to design a couture gown for the Primetime Emmy Awards! “When the show approached me, I was so excited,” said Conrad. “I love designing dresses and I can’t wait to see my own designs on the Primetime Emmy Awards. The dress will be elegant yet simple with a Lauren Conrad Collection vibe.”

Sucks for her cuz, if “the hills” is real and she’s using the show to showcase her talent as a designer, and not for the fame, then she might be talented and no ones seeing it. I saw some of her designs, it wasn’t that bad.

Good for her and why shouldn’t she be able to do it? She and her agent are doing a great job selling the product and the image. Anyone want to argue with MTV’s biggest show and star ever? Check the ratings folks. You don’t like her, just look away.

I say give her a chance and see what she can do. I really don’t understand people who hate on her. She seems to be a good person and is just doing her thing.
