OlderLeonardo DiCaprio Mourning Grandmother
Leonardo DiCaprio is currently mourning the death of his beloved grandmother, Helene Indenbirken.
The family confirmed late on Tuesday a report by local newspaper Recklinghäuser Zeitung that Helene Indenbirken, called “Oma” by DiCaprio, had died at her home in Oer-Erkenschwick near Recklinghausen in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Leo was said to be very close to Indenbirken, his mother Irmelin’s mom, and even brought her along with him to film premieres and movie sets. No date or cause of death has yet been confirmed.
The Titanic star’s grandmother Helene Indenbirken passed away in a hospital in her native North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. She was 93.
Leo was last seen aboard a yacht relaxing in Spain over the weekend.

yea, well if you know so well what grief is than try to show some respect when someone else loses a loved one. If you know what grief is than you wouldn’t have lashed out at me and said those things about me when all I was trying to do is show my sympathy for someone’s loss…..Do you think that because someone is famous that they don’t hurt like the rest of us? because that is how you came across to me in your previous comment…you sound like you think that people who are suffering in other parts of the world through war and other calamities deserve more of my sympathy than someone who is famous does… and you know what else?, the one who is being catty here is you, because as I recall you are the one who started this… you are the one who lashed out at me for no reason and insulted me when I did nothing wrong… so who is the catty one my dear?? This girl doesn’t show compassion, it is star worshipping of its worst kind. That is exactly my point. She has a big heart for all her famous heros! That’s not compassion, that’s feeding off of famous people’s grief. That’s despicable, selling it as compassion is even worse. Yes, it is sad Leo’s grandma died, yes, it is a time for grieving, yes, I feel sorry him and his family (and then again, keep in mind that Leo’s grandma was suffering quite a bit), yes, his fans should or can send their condolences.
Rachel, however, isn’t honest about it and that’s what I despise totally. People like her are more shocked when her favourite worshiping object’s grandma dies than when her neighbor suffers from a heart attack. And last time I checked this wasn’t what one would call a compassionate soul by regular standards. Instead she makes a show out of it, has premonitions, intuitions, and what not. I give you that much, I could have used other words for Miss Psychic, the message, however, is the same. She is a nut case and putting it open so blatantly is disgusting and selling it as compassion is ludicrous.

Not for anything but last week Leo was seen in a club in New York and on Thursday ( 2 days after his grandma died ) at the last Police concert in the MSG ( by the way none of the sightings mention Bar ). I feel sorry for him for his loss but I find this a little weird.
I feel sorry for Leo, it’s sad! He really was very close to his grandmom, he’s always pictured with her and Irmelin, sorry for her too. I wish the for Leo and his family.
