Miley Cyrus Has Sunburned Shoulders
Miley Cyrus rides her bike with her buddy Adam Sevani from the ACDC dance crew in Toluca Lake, Calif., on Tuesday.
While she was riding, skin on Miley’s shoulders were visibly burned and peeling, although it didn’t seem to bother her. JustJared.com recommends SPF 75!
While there had been rumors Miley and Selena Gomez had been feuding, they put those rumors to rest by posing together at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Last time I checked, Miley Cyrus was under 18. In California, she’s required to wear a helmet while wearing a bike.
