OlderShia LaBeouf’s Pinky To Be Amputated
Shia LaBeouf may have to amputate one of his injured fingers, reports Star.
Doctors have told the 22-year-old Transformers star that he is likely to lose the pinky on his left hand.
“Shia called producers yesterday and told them,” the source on the set of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in Alamogordo, N.M. says. “It’s really thrown the movie into turmoil.”
Shia crushed his left hand when his truck rolled over twice in a July 27 accident in West Hollywood. He was arrested for suspicion of a DUI misdemeanor although do not believe the accident was his fault.
Perhaps Shia should invest in some of that magical pixie dust that grows back fingers. It’d be a good investment, don’tcha think?

UPDATE: Shia’s publicist, Melissa Kates, shoots down these rumors saying, “Totally untrue.”

I find this hard to believe seeing as how in the pics his pinky looks to be the only normal finger…not injured….because its not in the cast….and coming from Star…im REALLY sure this story is crap.
i totally agree with the other people who have written that this story is totally bogus…those pictures clearly show his pinky looks just fine and dandy…

no way is this true…just look at the photos of his banaged up arm. His left pinky is out of the cast and it looks perfectly alright

I guess we will not know for sure until it happens. But, Shia won’t let it hamper his acting career in any way. It will be an ajustment because you don’t realize how often you use that finger for the smallest of things. Maybe this will make him straightened up and stop drinking so much, and hire drivers if he wants to have a glass of wine or beer. He has been through alot of rough patches in a short time. This should give him a wake up call.

Do no one else find this odd? the pictures that were released just days ago of him with his arm wrapped clearly show his PINKY FINGER!! if it was so mangled that it needs to be cut off it would have been wrapped along with his other fingers.

The story Star has made up makes no sense. In the pictures from earlier this week, Shia’s left hand pinky is not wrapped unlike the rest of his fingers.

Just Jared you suck! You scared me at first with that headline then I saw that the source was Star magazine. Don’t scary these young girls like that. They dont realize how ridiclous star magazine is. Im surprised they didnt put a story in about his whole hand having to be cut off and being replaced with a hook.

So the title says it will be amputated, then the article says “may” be amputated. And the source is “Star” magazine?
THAT PIC WITH THE PINKY: It showed that the pinky was the only one not bandaged because it’s probably a dud pinky and the doctors operated and saved the good four ones that needed saving. I think that pinky was too damaged for repair so it didn’t get surgery.
It’s being prepared to be removed!
