Since when men should work as much as women to show they are family men? We have lot of housewives in U.S,should their men also stay with them at home to show they are family men? :rolling my eyes widly:

Really each time I want to think some of you have family of your own or you are grown a** women,you make me fail.

Whether they work on one movie or more,you can be sure whole family will be there with each one of them. This is their law,you know.lmao

Pity the early-year movie release.

Statistically speaking, if a film is released before September, its chances of cashing in during the extended Hollywood lovefest known as awards season are about as great as that of Will Ferrell keeping his pants on for an entire film.

February’s Oscars were a perfect example. Of the five films nominated for best picture, guess how many were released before Oct. 5: exactly none.

Even though the first three quarters of any given year frequently boast a good number of forgettable flicks, there always seem to be gems that get lost in the shuffle at Oscar time. (Case in point: Angelina Jolie’s unjustly snubbed performance last year in “A Mighty Heart, ” an early June release.)

The latest incarnation of Lara Croft is a former gymnast who has performed at a national level.

Alison Carroll, 23, from Croydon, follows in the footsteps of models like Nell McAndrew in the promotional role of the action heroine, as well as Angelina Jolie, who played the part in the film version of the Tomb Raider video game.

DreamWorks looks to be closing in on a deal with India’s Reliance ADA Group that would help Steven Spielberg start fresh and DreamWorks to reboot as a new entity.
Spielberg also is working to bring three production shingles currently housed at DreamWorks under its Paramount deal — Tom Pollock and Ivan Reitman’s Montecito Entertainment, Ben Stiller’s Red Hour and Walter Parkes-Laurie MacDonald’s banner — to his new studio.

The new entity may retain the DreamWorks moniker, but the mechanism by which its pics would be distributed is still being worked out.

Spielberg may yet decide to remain housed at Paramount. But should he leave, distribution of new DreamWorks films could be split, with existing projects distributed through Par and new material handled through another studio, possibly Universal.

Dreamworks will move to Universal, the 3 owners of D had-have a bad relationship with Brad Grey. Paramount will be the one in trouble, most of the movies that made the movie for the studio in the last 3 years are all dreamworks productions.

ROTFLMAO. Did you look at the pix? That poor girl. Her photo’s okay…but then they put it next to that picture of Angie looking like sex in a wetsuit! Damn. Angie was rockin’ the hell out of that gray wetsuit. That new promotional model is pretty lucky they didn’t use the picture of Angie in the bikini…kickin’ ass and takin’ names…

That’s not accurate. The bad blood is between Sumner Redstone & David Geffen and their henchmen. Brad Grey got thrown to the sharks by Geffen when he recommended Grey for the Par job and then expected him to side with Dreamworks instead of the people actually paying his salary. Read the Dec 2007 Vanity Fair article and you’ll see that Brad Grey was dropped into a situation where it’s impossible for him to control the players around him. The Dreamworks people looked down on the Par execs from the get-go and treated Par like they’d were the company that had been bought out instead of the other way around. And if you read that VF article you’ll lose some respect for Spielberg because he doesn’t do his own dirty work. When he’s not happy he sic’s Geffen on people. If the deal with Reliance ADA Group goes through and Spielberg becomes his own boss again, it’ll be interesting to see if he and Geffen manage to nearly bankrupt the new business they way they did the old Dreamworks, which is what led to them selling to Paramount in the first place. Even more ironic is that the entire Dreamworks back catalog, including KFP and the Indy franchise, stays with Paramount. So they sold Dreamworks, pocketed a billion dollars, expected to tell Par how to conduct business, pissed off people at Par who wouldn’t lick their boots, and now they’re taking their upcoming projects and trying to find someone else to fund them? If I were Par I’d show them the door and lock it tightly after they left.

Is it really true that Geyer said that Angie will be making just one film a year?
What a shame, if true.
She is the young and the talented one in the family, just
amazing.
Therefore, he should stay at home with the kids.
It looks like he is not that good of a father as he desperately wants us to believe this time around.
