And you thought Kate Hudson was just the girl next door! The 29-year-old actress opens up in the September 2008 issue of W Magazine. Here’s what she had to tell the mag:
On taking risks: “I have this personality—and there’s a downside to it too—but I have this thing where it’s like, okay, I’ve chosen to bungee jump off this ledge. I have to do it. And if the cord snaps, well, I might as well enjoy the ride down.”
On spending the “prime Hollywood partying years” of her early 80’s caring for her son, Ryder: “Am I gonna look back and say, God, I wish I could have gone to that… that… concert? I’d rather be listening to my son sing songs. I’d rather be watching him sleep.”
On keeping in touch with ex-husband Chris Robinson: “We iChat with Chris constantly. No matter what is going on in my life, relationship-wise, Chris takes absolute precedence. It’s important for Ryder to hear me say how wonderful Chris is, and how much Chris misses him.”
On exposing details of her dating life: “It’s so hard for me, because I’m so open, to hold back. I could really just go on forever about this stuff. We can talk about Chris till the dogs come home. I married Chris, I had a baby with Chris, Chris will be in my life for the rest of my life. But everything else—I’ve learned that things are better left private until you’re actually planning the wedding.”

Wow, that has to be just about the most paint a face can wear without causing some sort of toxic reaction.
Kate is OK looking, but honestly, she’s not nearly as talented as Goldie (who wasn’t exactly an Elizabethan Actress herself) and while I’m no fan of boob jobs, this girl can’t even prove she’s female without a gyno exam…
I don’t even think her nippies stick out?

Holy photoshop! She’s a pretty enough girl without making her skin look painted on. The makeup/concept is different for her but that doesn’t mean they should have done it. I think it’s it’s too severe.
Why does W have a habit of over photoshopping beautiful women?
She’s looks good for someone who is in her early 80’s!
I think the person who photoshops these covers is obviously jealous, because they always make these women look horrible on the covers.

Two things that REALLY irk me about this site:
1. People who double and triple post. (Do you copy and paste your messages over and over on purpose? Or, do you copy and paste your messages over and over because you think the first one didn’t post right? There is a LAG on Just Jared. Just Jared should put a stop check like some other sites that say “you already said that!”
2. People who use the word “prolly” for probably. That is just plain wrong and not cute.
Is any part of that picture real? They photoshopped her so much i don’t think there is anything original left.

Enough with the actresses trying to be models. This cover is the worst one yet. That look is at least 10 years old and Kate Hudson ain’t no Nadja Auermann.

Holy photoshop, Batman!
Ok I remember the days of a LITTLE photoshop, but now they’re photoshopped so much even their own mothers can’t recognize them. She doesn’t even look human.
she’s awesome, such a great actress, i lover her movies.
I kind of like this darker side of her. I don’t think I’d want her to wear makeup like that all the time, but she looks damn sexy to me.
Not a good look. She looks 50.
