Suri Cruise Loves Playing At The Park
Katie Holmes plays with her daughter Suri Cruise as they enjoy a beautiful afternoon at the park in New York City on Thursday.
It seems it’s become a habit for Suri to smile and have a good time when her mom pushes her on the swings while they’re at the park.
Meanwhile, Katie, 29, has consistently been sporting rolled-up jeans on her way to rehearsals.

wow, #97 - guess you didnt read any of the post - every single person on this site said that suri is gorgeous… just that they were concerned about the smiling, never ONCE did anyone say she wasnt gorgeous… every comment states it… and to say someone needs mental help, perhaps you do… take a step back, read all the comments and look at yourself in the mirror before you start talking out of your rear end! just my opinion!!!!!
also, sorry for two comments #98 you are absolutely right, i dont know what Jared is implying, i was starting to agree that maybe there was a problem; that she really never smiles, but i did check out the other sites, wireimage.com and celebritybabyimage… and omg, she is smiling and SO DAMN CUTE with that smile!!! and they are interacting with one another… everyone, check it out… she smiles!!!!!

Regarding Suri’s propensity towards dresses. You know you all she may just want to be in a dress. My two and a half year old granddaughter wants to dress in only dresses. I’m sure in another few weeks she’ll be onto something else. She is in a princess phase. Maybe Suri is too. Except without the smiles.

oh my goodness, suri is by far the most beautiful celebrity baby out there. shiloh is cute but so generic…and to me, doesn’t compare with how pretty suri is. adorable little girl!!
i agree that they should let her wear playclothes, though. i’m sure they don’t care if she gets those nice dresses dirty and ruins them since they have so much money, but she would probably be more comfortable in something that she can run around in.
as to katie, i love her haircut, but those jeans need a rest!
Suri is probably just upset that she always has to dress up like a bridesmaid to go the park. What the heck is that all about?
Has anyone ever noticed that Suri has a huge quarter-dollar-sized reddish birthmark in the middle of her forehead? It was noticeable in photos from TomKat’s wedding and it is still noticeable when her hair is not blocking it. Take a close look.

I don’t think Shiloh is generic looking at all. She looks like a cherub..really beautiful features. Suri is a cutie pie too. maybe because everyone in my family has dark hair and blue eyes..she looks like all my cousins. Very pretty though….

This little girl looks unhappy. She never has a cheerful looking face. I believe she’s the one in control and mom and pop can’t do a thing w/ her. tshe always have a toy, bottle, blanket, whatever for security reasons. Katie should get her out of the grandma looking dresses and if that’s all she can wear they have some great littel girls dresses. Anyway, where are Katies’ parents?

It’s cruel and stupid to compare one child to another. They have totally different temperaments. Violet is outgoing and bubbly and Suri isn’t. There’s nothing wrong with that.
What does concern me about Suri is that she appears to be unresponsive. A lot of people used to say Zahara Jolie-Pitt never smiled when she was Suri’s age, but you could tell Z was at least reacting — although negatively — to all the paparazzi. She was scowling at them, as if to say “Get those cameras the hell outa my face!” But Z is a totally responsive, vibrant youngster. Suri, OTOH, seems to have this vacant expression all the time. There is something missing in that child.
I dont’ see Suri smiling. I am sure no one else does either.

the comments I keep reading - Suri hardly smiles at all / Katie gets increasingly tense and unhappy looking - I have to agree!! suri is a cute little girl as most are at that age, but hey! she certainly does not appear happy or carefree as she should at her age. And where are her playmates?? Suri seems very ALONE. AND, yeh - what is she dressed up for a party all the time for??
It does make me think the Scientology thingy is having a BIG say in what goes on here . . . .
Katie Holmes has lost her natural warmth also; seems like she is unhappy to me unless posing or with her acting colleagues.
