Hairspray’s Nikki Blonsky recently got into a tussle with America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden and her mom.
According to E!, however, sources say that they were not shocked that the rumble went down. “I’m just surprised it hadn’t happened sooner,” the source says. “Her mom is so obnoxious and difficult.”
The source also claimed that Nikki flaked out on a promise to sing at the Palm Springs Film Festival last year. “She said she would sing ‘Good Morning Baltimore,’ ” the source said. “But at the last minute, she said she was too ill to perform.”
So ill that, “Nikki was well enough to jump into her chauffeured Town Car with her mom to go eat at places like Jack in the Box!” said the source.

Well, I totally agree with Aki on her/his point of view.
I do feel in this case, both parties are just as bad. If Nikki was hit on the head first, she needn’t have retaliated. She could have called for security and got whoever that did the bashing arrested which is what I would have done. No need to fight fire with fire. She must have been pretty hot headed herself and that goes for her family. To make racial slurs, only incites more fury.
For those of you, calling Nikki fat is being just plain mean. She is a wonderful and talented performer, no doubt about that. She should be exemplary of big sized women who have to prove themselve even more to make it in the entertainment industry. But to get involved in a brawl does not look too good.
But whatever, she’s going through right now, I do admire you Nikki fans for staying by her side when she needs you most. Remember that Dissing other celebrities is not going to hep Nikki. Just take it as a lesson learnt and that hopefully, treat this as another hurdle in her life to overcome, and if this will make her a better person in future, well good for her. And I wish her well.
I don’t care heavy Nikki is but 1) you don’t fo after another girls guy and I saw the video from Japan for their MTV awards. Also when she knows that Zac is going to be at a award show and she is going to get close she wears a dress that just barely covered the front of her breast.
2) if she was so sick, then she should have notified the festival in time for them to replace her. because in the pictures that she took that had Zac and Vanessa in them, she had her hands on her waist pushing her breasts out.
3) she has put on more weight since hairspray and she was good in that movie. But one movie does not make you a star that can get away with anything you want too. Heck top stars or models can’t.
4) JJ has put stuff out about Zac and Vanessa that didn’t make them look all sweet and innoence.
5) It’s also funny that after photo’s first hits the web that Zac and Vanessa were in the Turks. All of a sudden Nikki shows up and she probably was pissed because they were already gone or she actually couldn’t get close to them.
6) If you look at all of the last pictures Zac took with the hairsspray cast he stayed away from Nikki. Heck she was always trying to kiss him on the red carpet during promotion of hairspray and always rubbing her breast against him on the red carpet as well.
And I’m a Vanessa fan and had to deal with you, Nikki fans on Vanessa’s threads in the past. So live in love and make peace, I say.
All parties should serve jail time. At this point I dont give a flying f*ck who started the brawl. If y’all wanna fight, take it to the streets up in my hood. Give each and every one of them a good beating. These people have everything going for them and it all comes crumbling down over some damn seats. Give me the life they’re living and i promise you it’d be drama free.

I think it’s things like these that bring out a person’s true character. Not just their character though, but the character of the people around them, including their fans, as well.
When Vanessa’s pics came out last year, I don’t remember Vanessa fans bashing JJ for talking about it. I also don’t remember Vanessa fans lashing out at Nikki, or Ashley or Zac or any other celebrity, despite the fact that their fans were all lashing out at her. And not once did I see anyone, Vanessa included, blame someone else for the mistake SHE made.
I don’t know, maybe I was looking in the wrong place and missed the immaturity that some Vanessa fans might have displayed. But what I do know is that, on this site at least, fans were amazingly grown-up about the situation, even when the haters weren’t.
So, I’m thinking that maybe there’s something more behind that. That maybe the way fans act is a representation on the type of people a certain celebrity attracts, and vice versa.
The way Nikki fans are acting right now is ridiculous at best. You’re all so busy trying to place the blame on anyone but Nikki, and taking your anger out on Zac and Vanessa, who have done absolutely nothing to deserve it, that you haven’t even thought about the reflection your behavior has on Nikki.
You’re making her look bad. Really bad. No girl who’s so wonderful, sweet and amazing as you guys claim could have such horrible and destructive fans, so bent on making themselves look foolish and immature all for, what they claim to be, Nikki’s sake.
Good people generally attract good people, bad people generally attract bad people. Some food for thought.

nikki followers should swallow the truth that their idol did these horrible things, she is no saint people! In this situation they should stop arguing as if she is not part of the brawl, the fact that she might be indicted because of her wild behavior that’s enough to know. They are just making a fool out of themselves. They also should leave Zanessa fans out of this problem I’m sure most of them are sorry for her and doesn’t want to be involved in this issue.
And sadly this is a lesson learnt for her she needs to remember that she is a public figure and anytime can be subject to scrutiny. I do feel sorry for her I hope next time she will be more careful of her actions.
She is not that famous. TO turn down shows, whatever….umm, I liked her in Hairpsray,(her only project) ,but she needs reality check, Hollywood is not the place for fatties, 2) SNikki is young and pretty and can sing and act, but 3) there are tons of people who can ,so…

The Video Margo posted is only 1:33 minutes long and you really can’t see anything. All we have to go on is what the person filming it and Nikki’s mom say.
Plus it starts after the supposed punch in the head, so there is a possibility Nikki said something (racial slur perhaps?) to provoke it.
Also, you do not see what happens after the 1:33 minutes are up, so to say Bianca’s mom is fine because she is in that video proves nothing. You don’t know what happened after that.
I just don’t see the Island police putting Nikki’s dad in prison for 10 days and bringing him to court for arraignment today, if he did not do what the news reports.
And Maria (shorty), it’s been almost 2 weeks, when is the “real” story as you call it supposed to come out? Almost every other false story reported has been cleared up after 2 or 3 days.
I don’t know which is worse, the fact that Nikki doesn’t think she did anything wrong, or that her fans don’t.

I think your being abit unfair to JJ as I have read previous posts that he has done on Nikki and Iwould’nt have called any of them negative it’s the people who post the comments as to weather or not negative things are posted about Nikki all JJ does is post what the story is after that it’s down to people’s opinion’s which we are allentitled to.
And I don’t see why Zanessa and their fans had to be brought into the topic.
I hope that it all get’s sorted out for Nikki as she was good in HS.

Seriously, it is this girl’s fans that turn me off to her. It’s hypocritical to feel indignant when your idol is attacked yet Nikki fans attack people like JJ when they feel that the article was not to their liking.
Weren’t Nikki fans also the ones who made the LJ called Sludgens mudslinging V??? And weren’t you also the ones who praises Perez and laughed hilariously everytime Perez cruelly attacks or crosses out the face of V at his blog? It is really very difficult to feel sympathy for you and your idol’s plight at this point in time seeing how most of you behaved in the past. Seems like Nikki fans have a history of dishing out but can’t take it when the tables are turned.

Who ever saw ANTM saw that Bianka was a total brat and her attitude was so “diva wannabe”. Personally I think that Bianka was on a power trip and was just jealous that there was someone who actually was a “celeb” on the same flight as her. Bianka was just upset that she wasn’t the “center of attention”. I could careless of either girls, so its not like I’m being bias.
None of you bashers actually know what went down in that airport. Hollywood lies and blows everything out of proportion. How many times have they said that a celebrity is pregnant, and they really aren’t? They’re just looking for some juicy crap that’ll piss people off and cause an uproar.
