Heidi Montag grabs a late lunch at popular eatery Toast on 3rd Street in West Hollywood on Thursday.
The 21-year-old was filming scenes for The Hills with a female friend, looking summery in a yellow maxi dress. After they finished eating, Heidi was picked up by boyfriend Spencer Pratt.
Last month, the couple announced they would be making a trip to Iraq to support the troops.
